Make vacation memories at the elite Sea Pines Resort of Hilton Head. This home was renovated in 2022 to include 2 master suites with private baths, Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout the home, and an open floor plan for your family to relax and enjoy. Brand new furniture throughout.



There are 2 master bedrooms, each with king beds and private en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a bath across the hall. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is open to the dining and living areas. Enjoy the coffee bar for your morning cup of java, then relax on the screened porch overlooking the private garden backyard.



The king master bedroom includes a brand-new Tempur-Pedic mattress and a private seating area with French doors leading to the back patio. The back garden patio features a walk-in non-heated pool and a jacuzzi that runs automatically daily from 6–10 PM. Spa heating is available upon request for an additional $500 per week.



This home is perfectly located in Sea Pines, close to Harbour Town, Heritage Golf Course, and South Beach. Hop on your bike and access the bike trail right behind the home—bike to the beach, Salty Dog Marina restaurants, or enjoy one of the three golf courses in Sea Pines.



No pets are permitted in this home.



Please be advised that e-bikes are not allowed in the community.

Gym is not available on the property.



The Sea Pines Resort offers an array of family and individual activities, including natural beaches, championship golf, tennis, biking trails, and so much more.



Other Things to Note:

Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.

Loved this house!! It was clean, and a great space for our family of four. The pool was fantastic; clean and no issue with mosquitos. Short bike ride or 15 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay!

This is our second time staying at this house and it was wonderful. Great location, beautiful on the inside with updates, and an amazing pool. We love how close it is to the bike trail and beach. The pool is very private but with all the shrubs, there are a lot of bugs/bug bites. Still, we loved staying at this house!

Loved the house with 3 nice size rooms with 3 bathrooms that was a plus. Too many trees for the sun to get through and a lot foliage which also cause alot of mosquitoes and bugs outside by the pool

A very clean and lovely home! Backing on to the bike path was perfect for the grandsons’ scooter rides. We used the hot tub every night... so relaxing. Layout of bedrooms works so well. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great Location

Love the open house and great location . Could use a few updates - the couch is very uncomfortable and the 2nd bedroom mattress is old. Master mattress is fabulous! The hot tub is our favorite!

Lovely getaway

We enjoyed our time at this lovely home. The setting is quiet and relaxing. The house clean, well equipped and nicely laid out. The location is very nice, an easy bike ride to the beach, Harbour Town and the Forest Preserve.

Better than the pictures!

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked into our rental that it was even better than the pictures. We loved the proximity to bike paths and how easy it was to get bikes delivered for our week in Sea Pines. Everything was seamless, and we had a wonderful stay.

Fantastic!

Second time through

We previously stayed at this property in October of 2024, and ran it back after Christmas through New Year's.We love everything about this place - excellent location with bike trail along the back, large covered parking area for car and five bikes, open floor plan family space, and porch, hugely comfortable beds, hot tub from 8-11 every night,We've traveled to HHI many times as a family for years now, but this place is our first time as a repeat, and I expect we will keep coming back here as long as Mary and Oceanside will have us -

A SeaPines Gem!

We loved this house, it was perfect for our family. The pool was great, and we loved how the backyard connects to the biking trails. The beach & harbour town was an easy bike ride away. We hope to make this our regular HH house!

Worth staying at again!

Many vacations to HHI, first time staying closer to South Beach; property ideally located next to bike path, easy reach to Harbor Town, Sea Pines Beach, Tower Beach, all of which we rode to multiples times during our week long stay here. Kids absolutely loved the pool and the hot tub, which ran from 6-10 pm every night. Fantastic living room setup to watch ALCS and NLCS baseball every night. Ample space for family of 5, excellent porch; we've stayed in multiple different properties (eight trips to HHI last five years) but based on my wife's feelings about it, this will likely be our first "repeat" vacation stay base in Hilton Head - i.e., we will search this specific listing out for next trip here.

Relaxing with the family

The property is nicely located and a good starting point to explore the Sea pines resort and close by beach. Well maintained property, a bit dark inside as a result of the surrounding trees. Except the coffee machine that was not cleaned very well there are no remarks. We enjoyed our stay very much.
