Comfortable house in a nice neighborhood convenient to everything. Everything was in good condition and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were in town for a family memorial service. The beds were very comfortable. And it was nice being able to park in the garage.

Overall our stay was good. The owner/property manager was VERY responsive and made the entire process easy and seamless. The inside was very clean and the common area is well decorated. The cons - the neighborhood felt a little unsafe and there are few things that could improve the property. There were a lot of warnings written and posted throughout the house that made it feel like it's an unsafe area (lots of FINES, etc.) It felt like maybe they have had some bad guest experiences in the past.

Wedding House

We had a great visit. The property was clean and had enough beds for everyone.. Every appliance and TV functioned without any issues. Nice cold AC as well.

Business

We stayed here for business and it served it's purpose. The owner is very responsive to messages and check in was very easy. House is in a small quiet neighborhood and slightly dated. Master bedroom has no closet or dresser which we did not see in description and in the living room is one love seat. (which is pictured) luckily only 2 of the 4 of us ended up going. Some areas were still slightly dusty. Each room has 2 beds so if you needed more sleeping space it is there. Overall, the house is in line with the price and not too far from the capitol.

Excellent Stay

Wonderful location for a girl's trip back to FSU. Very clean and comfortable home. Would definitely rebook when making a return trip to Tallahassee. Bonnie reached out to ensure that we had what we needed upon arrival.

Clean and cozy

Stayed at this home for a football weekend. Plenty of room for 7 men to relax and rest up for a long weekend. Right off the highway and 15 minutes from all college town activities. Great house and great communication from owners. Highly recommend!

Convenient Location

We rented the house to move our daughter into FSU. The location was great…close to FSU and easy access to main roads. The house was clean and beds slept well. Would definitely stay here again.

We checked in shortly after 3pm house looks just like the advertise.

Check in and check out on app was not available garage door code and opener was not available because last guess took it for bigger family another 🛋 in living room would be a plus add some more trash bags so guscan clean better microwave was missing Glas I side fyi overall was good

Enjoyed our stay

It was a easy online process. The house was more then we were expecting. The kitchen was stocked with the main things you will need. The beds were ok. The area was close to the things we came to town for. Will definitely rent again.

Tallahassee

The house has been remodeled nicely. I’m sensitive to smells and it’s very heavy on fabreeze or the like. The den was not inviting to sit and visit; a love seat for a house that sleeps 12. It’s a large sleeping home. That should have tipped me off. Overall it was okay.

Attention to detail

The house was immaculate and the Owners communicated throughout our stay to make sure it was pleasant. Our team enjoyed the accommodations and the experience was truly rewarding.
