Local residents (Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, Gadsden counties), must disclose so before booking and send a request. This home is located 9 miles (15 minutes) to Midtown and 11 miles or (20 minutes to FSU). On the north side of town 8-10 minutes away are multiple dining and shopping options. We are dog friendly for well behaved house trained dogs under 50 pounds. Limit of 2 dogs, We charge a fee of $65 per dog per reservation/stay. ONLY Dogs!
Our cleaners obtain digital proof after cleaning and prior to each guests' arrival assuring that everything is clean and in place for a wonderful stay. We use luxury down bedding in all our properties for superior comfort. We do not offer alternative bedding for those that may be allergic.
