Expensive looking cake that does not taste good.

The property looks good but was not clean, had virtually no home maintenance and lacked operational amenities. We contacted VRBO who offered compensation based on our concerns which they agree were legitimate. Advertisement claimed it sleeps 8 - not possible. .

This woman was an extortionist by definition and a liar. She kept asking for money OR MORE TIME at the property. Why would you want to stay longer if you are not enjoying it? She is a bargain hunter who systematically tries to get refunded by threatening bad reviews. In one of the messages she literally referred to me jokingly as her nemesis.... VRBO called me and said that "she said I agreed to pay her". I obviously said that wasn't true and declined. Manipulative and indecent. She couldn't pay me enough to have her back. She got a very cheap booking in peak season because I had a cancellation, then she continuously asked for compensation because she bought a garden hose for the house or other frivolous things. Regarding maintenance: -Pool cleaner 2x week -Garbage, recycling & organic weekly (collects from backyard & returns, ABOVE & BEYOND CURBSIDE $) -Cleaned before her stay and AGAIN DURING -HOA keeps the community very well maintained with a team of landscapers. As someone who hasn't made a dime on this rental and works hard to make it a nice place to relax. She was very offensive. I hope that no one take this seriously. The house is beautiful and even she can't deny that.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The master suite is very private and the design of the additional bedrooms and bath afforded privacy for visiting friends and family. If you love downtown Palm Springs this property is minutes away yet situated in a quiet and safe gated community. We walked the beautiful grounds and our grandson played basketball on a nearby court. We do a lot of cooking and found all we needed to prepare meals. The linen was great and we found the property well cared for.The two best parts of our stay were the amazing back yard and our host Cabell. The private pool and spa in the thoughtfully landscaped garden complete with blooming jasmine was amazing. Plenty of pool toys on site. Cabell is a 5 star host. He was quick to respond to questions and did just the right amount of checking in during our 40 day stay. No hesitation to rent again.

This was such a stunning house from the moment you step through the front door. A beautiful view is what makes any luxury experience what it is. The view from the front door into the back garden with the tile floor setting the tone for the inside makes this home breath-taking from the moment you walk in. It was a clear I needed to own this property once I stood in the backyard to behold the view of the mountains during the golden hour of the sun beginning to set over the mountain ridge.

The pool heats up to 90+ degrees and at night is one of the most serene and awesome places to relax with the exterior lighting on the garden's featured palms and flowers.
