- The community weekend barista service is available seasonally and closed for the summer
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 2 cameras are on the left side of the house facing the pool area and side yard, 1 camera is on the side of the house facing the backyard, and 1 camera is on the front of the house facing the driveway. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and sound when activated by motion

Great outdoor space!

We enjoyed our stay here! The outdoor space was amazing with the pool, mini golf, other outdoor games and of course all the sitting areas. The kitchen had everything we needed. Also the community pool is a nice change of pace!

We had a great stay at this property! Diane was great to work with and very responsive. The house was clean and well appointed. Very quiet neighborhood. This is on the north side of Palm Springs but it's a quick trip to get downtown to restaurants/shopping.

Dry Heat Golf

Myself and my companions had a very enjoyable stay at this house. The Spool was used every day, and enjoyed the jets to help relax after golfing. The house was Very Clean and I hope you found it in good shape. It really was a modern style home with lots of nice little things. One was the night light/time on the ceiling in bedrooms! One thing was missing at the Spool, no railing to assist in and out. I will recommend to friends and my next trip to the desert...

⭐️ A Perfect, Peaceful Escape

This was, without a doubt, the best VRBO rental I have ever stayed in. I truly wish every host operated at this level. The home was impeccably clean, incredibly cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need—and then some.The yard is absolutely beautiful and feels wonderfully private, making it the perfect place to unwind. We had one of the most enjoyable vacations ever at this property. The owners keep the home impeccably clean and well stocked with a lot of things that most places don't supply. The bedrooms are very beautifully decorated and the quality of the mattress' and bedding is top notch. The kitchen is stocked with coffee and tea, spices for cooking and all the utensils and appliances you could think of. Outside is where the relaxing happens. From the Spool, ( SPA, Pool) to the putting green and lounge chairs there is something for everyone. Amazing landscaping is always busy with hummingbirds and very enjoyable to look at. Close to downtown Palm Springs ( 10 minutes ) makes it convenient to explore the shops and restaurants. Definitely going to stay here again.

This home exceeded our expectations! It was clean, inviting, and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, just like the rest of the house. The charcuterie tray upon arrival was a delightful surprise! The outdoor areas were fantastic; we loved the spa, pool, and fire pit. Our host, Diane, was incredibly sweet and responded quickly to all our inquiries. The community is very quiet and well-maintained. The community pools were heated and spotless. If you’re looking for a fun- large scale super private home- this is the one- with luxury amenities and such attention to the most intricate of details- toiletries- soaps- towels- great laundry roomSpace- nice kitchen- great for grilling day- and a beautiful yard with a hot tub- needless to say the host is amazing too-

Best Private/Spa like

I can’t say enough nice things about the property and the host!!! They made sure we had what we needed- the accommodations are High End- great showers- luxurious space- even though it has large windows- the way the space is built- makes it for a great retreat- so grateful to have found this glorious spot- they deserve a diamond review- and super-host status- did I mention they supply water and treats!! And a nice charcuterie board and fruit!! Well they do!! Quick thinking about it! This is the place to book!! Sincerely Happy Customer
