Flip Flop Life OV22's main living area is decorated with warm tropical colors and has a comfortable living room with plenty of seating for entertainment. The gourmet kitchen is just off of the living room. The large dining table just between the living room and kitchen has seating for 8, with 3 more at the breakfast bar and an additional high top table for 4 additional people. During those breaks between the beach there are many board games to pick from, an Xbox for the kids and kids at heart, and even a foosball table downstairs. The Flip Flop Life primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private en-suite bath. The amazing colors and textures found in this room give it a luxurious feel. Just down the hall, there is a second master bedroom with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private en-suite bath. The bunk room offers two twin over twin bunk beds as well as a flat-screen TV with an Xbox gaming console. Lastly, the second guest room offers a queen-size bed along with a flat-screen TV. Flip Flop Life is located just two minutes from the beach in a small group of 32 homes surrounding a community pool and private fishing pond. The pond has catch and release fishing and you can sit on the balcony and view the wildlife such as ducks, turtles and blue heron’s that make this pond home. - A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- As of July 29, 2025, there is no longer a golf cart available with the property.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required.
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
