Watch the waves break below you as you relax on your personal private balcony. This condo offers fabulous views of the beach, but that's only the beginning. Decorated in a cheerful palm tree theme, this condo features central air conditioning to help you relax from a day at the beach. Set the beach towels to go in the private washer/dryer, then prepare an evening meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Younger guests can rest on built-in bunks, set within a separate room for privacy. Enjoy a favorite film on the DVD player as the sun goes down outside. The beach is never too far away at this condo.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 21.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice trip

Nice place to stay in the off-season when it’s not busy and if one of the outdoor pools was heated. Description says a heated pool and an indoor pool, but the only heated pool was indoor and it was overheated. Two outside hot tubs that were overcrowded at times. Great location near Pier Park.

To the owner!! Change rental companies for better review . They were rude said we could not check in 1 min before 400 no exception because they are not an hotel and obviously it was not because they were cleaning because it was dirty. A hotel would have been cleaner . I sent a pic of our feet 15 min after getting there and they were all black because of how dirty the floor was. The shower had mold in it. And I guess because I complained I asked about staying one extra night because one of the girls was sick in our group and we didn’t get to do much. And was informed the room was booked but I looked online and that was a lie. I won’t be staying here again. And the wait for elevator was an average about 30 min

Great with some complications

Property & room were great. The amenities at the property were good. Enjoyed the pools, the quick access to the beach. The view on the 21 floor was breath taking & enjoyed it for sunsets/sunrises. But the elevators were by FAR the worst part. It took forever to get into an elevator. Especially during check ins/check outs. It took me an hour to get down to check out. Unfortunately couldn’t take the stairs as I had a 6 year old & 1 year old with all of our stuff. Could not get down 21 flights of stairs. It was hot & we were hungry & waiting an HOUR just to get to the 2nd floor. I was very frustrated.

Condos are nice, easy access to beach and walking distance to Pier Park. Elevator situation is horrible however, very busy and crammed especially if you have alot of luggage but overall a great place.

Fantastic

Overall the stay was amazing. The elevators are always an issue but that doesn’t stop us from going! All the employees are nice. The only issue we had in our unit was the TV in the living room, the color was bad and so everything had a blue tint.

Condo was amazing but would never recommend anyone stay in this condo building.

The condo was great. The elevator situation is horrendous. It rendered the entire building not functional for 4-5 hours a day (during check in and check out) and then all the elevators broke the night before we checked out. Our pizza delivery guy was amazing and literally walked our pizza up 21 flights of stairs. While trying to check out only 1 of the 6 elevators was working so was very appreciative of the ability to be a little late in checking out, because we have a baby and couldn’t be waiting by the 1 functional elevator (for 30 floors in the building) for 30 minutes to an hour (ultimately took us 45 minutes of waiting with the button pushed) hoping to be able to get on it. I’ve never seen anything like it. That said, Vacasa was great in helping us navigate through the situation.

Great weekend away

Our family had a great time at this condo! We were down for a quick weekend getaway but got surprised with the Airshow being right at the hotel so we had the bonus of watching some cool planes right from our condo! We’re already planning a trip next year!

Disappointed

As an owner of a beach rental, I would be embarrassed to let someone rent my place if it looked like this place. From the floors being absolutely filthy, to dirty dishes in the cupboard, to rotted baseboard and a blue TV, it left much to be desired. While this is a great location with good amenities, I will never stay there again.

Great location!

This was a great location and a great spot for the month of February with the options of hot tubs and indoor pool. Easy walk to pier park. The only bad thing was that each bathroom only had one bath towel.

The room was nice a very spacious, the view was awesome, loved that the room was all tile . The only complaints we had was the elevators were slow because we were in peak season. You also had to leave your drivers license with attendant to get a luggage cart . You got your license back when you bought your cart back .

Decent place but elevators are terrible

The view was amazing and the location was great. We wish the condo had been cleaner, as it was noticeably dirty when we arrived. The balcony, hallways, and a few other areas were not clean. Waiting for the elevators is an absolute con to staying here. It is the single greatest reason not to book here.
