"New Listing" Cozy 3-bedroom condo in AQUA right up street from Pier Park #1202

This unit is best suited for 4 adults, and up to 5 children.
This unit has two bedrooms considered Primary rooms. Both rooms have king beds, dedicated bathrooms, and a beach view. The third bedroom has a bunk bed that is a Full over Full, and it has a trundle with a twin mattress. The mattress' have been upgraded to accommodate adults if needed.
This unit has a larger outside deck with great views of the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with a combo pot, and single serve coffee maker, and everything needed for cooking a meal. The condo has great wireless internet access throughout. Each room has a 43 inch TV.
Please note that we do not have beach service, but we do try to keep a minimum of 4 beach chairs in the condo for guest use.
Please leave all wristbands in the condo for the next guests.

Stay was fantastic!

Our stay was great, the condo was extremely roomy and had everything you could possibly need. Views were great and the host was top notch as well.

Best Condo Experience Yet!

As a family of six traveling with our in-laws, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’ve been vacationing along the Gulf Coast for years and have stayed in numerous condos—including four different units at Aqua—but this one was by far the best.From the moment we walked in, we could tell the condo was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need for a beach getaway. My wife is extremely particular about cleanliness, and this unit exceeded her expectations. From beach chairs to laundry detergent, no detail was overlooked.Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us—it truly made our vacation memorable.

Aqua Resort

My family and I loved staying at our hosts apartment. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Our host was terrific. He was in direct communications with me the entire trip, and was very accommodating. He allowed us to check in early and asked if we were ok. My family and I would definitely stay there again. Enjoyed our entire stay. Only suggestion, and it’s only a suggestion, is maybe replace the shower heads with removable shower heads because it would be easier to get any sand off the kids. Panama City Beach is a beautiful place that offers many attractions and things to enjoy with your family.

This is a great condo! It was stocked with anything you could need
.beach chairs, boogie boards, all the kitchen utensils, fans, ect. It’s in a great location. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay in this unit! Very well equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you would ever need! Furniture is great, mattresses are very comfortable! Plenty of bath towels and extra linens, blankets, etc. The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with, very easy to reach and very quick to respond and solve any issues that arise! Our new favorite place to stay at!

The condo is a perfect little space, clean and cozy. It’s close/convenient to ALL the things. The only drawback is the parking being a tight spot but I would stay here again 100%

Fantastic!

We had the best experience. We've been coming to PCB for over 20 years, and this was the best accommodations we've ever had. The condo was very clean and well stocked. They thought of everything. There were even beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids. The location was great. You are within walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. We will be back!
