Enjoy Panama City Beach from this 9th floor beach condo featuring a gorgeous view of the Emerald Coastline! The beach is mere steps away using Laketown Wharf's private beach access.

Located in the heart of PCB there are endless dining, shopping, and entertainment options around every corner. Or stay put and relax using the resort's wide array of amenities including four pools, two hot tubs, children's splash pad pool, putting green, fitness center, and nightly water lights show on the lake.


There is a one time resort fee due before check-in of ~$78. This is paid straight to the resort.

When you book you will receive a URL to enter your trip information and pay this fee. Wristbands will be in the condo when you arrive, but will only be activated by Laketown Wharf if this fee has been paid. You also receive up to two parking passes good for either garage for the duration of your stay.

The wristbands MUST be left in the condo upon checkout. There is a $25 fee for each missing wristband (This is what we are charged to buy a new one in the case of one being lost). We appreciate your care and understanding with this.

It was absolutely amazing. Gorgeous views from the balcony and great atmosphere for the kids. Easy access to the beach and loved the separate pool for kids on the south parking. We are definitely coming back again next year for spring break.

The condo was great! It was very clean! All the beds were extremely comfortable, except for the sofa bed. The only thing the condo was missing was an iron, to make it extra perfect! Other than that this condo was amazing! The views of the beach were phenomenal! The pools were great! The beach was just a short distance & the weather was NICE! This will be our go to spot when we come back! Thanks Luke for hosting us!

The condo wasn’t clean. The shower curtain in the master bathroom had mold on it and the tub drained slowly. The kitchen sink garbage disposal smelled bad and the patio was nasty, a bottle of water from the previous guess was left of the patio and the patio table was very dirty.

I'm sorry to hear that, but thank you for making us aware! I believe there had been resort wide water problems at the time causing some off putting odors. The tub drains have both been snaked and completely cleaned out, and curtain liners are replaced regularly...however we will make sure to stay more ahead of that schedule if possible during busy season. Thank you!

Our stay at Lake Wharf was absolutely perfect! The host was extremely accommodating and kept great communication with us throughout. They went above and beyond by providing everything we could need for the beach—chairs, umbrellas, a tent, sand toys, and more. The place was spotless, and the view of the beach was breathtaking. Truly the perfect getaway—we can’t wait to come back!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We came here on a family vacation and fell in love with the area. It offers something for everyone. Enjoy the beach view from the private balcony on the 9th floor in one of the best resorts in Panama City Beach. It's located across the street from Pineapple Willy's and on the other side across the street from Front Beach Road Walmart. Private beach access runs parallel with Pineapple Willy's and is about a 3 minute walk from the unit.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

In addition to being able to walk to the beach, you're a short drive from groceries, Wonderworks museum, as well as countless other restaurants and shops. If you prefer to stay in, get some pizza from PCB Pizza and Wings or a coffee from The Press, both located on the ground level of the resort. Go for a swim in one of four pools, relax in a hot tub, take your kids to the splash pad on the fourth floor, and end the day by watching the light show on the lake set to music every night at 8 pm.
