100% remodel (mostly) completed in August 2025!
Here are the high points:
1. Direct oceanfront corner unit on the 3rd floor facing the beach right in front of you looking east, with another great view through the south window to Ft. Lauderdale.
2. We spared no expense on the remodel with the driving force of you renting from us and saying, "wow... they thought of everything."
3. No matter why you came, you're going to love it here.
The space:
A great escape for a couple taking a break from reality, a girls' getaway weekend or a business person in need of a better view. Don't be afraid to open the windows and let the sound of the ocean waves lull you to sleep.
Whether youâre on a solo sunshine getaway, a business trip, or a sweet romantic retreat, this Lauderdale By The Sea / Pompano Beach condo is the perfect home base in between the beach, coastal nightlife, or visits to friends in other parts of South Florida.
You'll wake to breathtaking sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean with a cup of coffee and you'll sip wine at night watching the waves crash on the sand as the moon rises.
You are nestled between - Pompano Beach Pier and Anglin's Fishing Pier - a premier location! Whether it's the sand and the beach or sunning and swimming in a heated pool, you are in a unique South Florida destination for beach recreation, dining and relaxation, all in a beachfront and oceanfront corner unit with the best views in the building.
This is an Oceanfront Unit in an Ocean Front Building. The views of this corner unit are breathtaking. The 100% full remodel just finished in late 2025 and we thought of everything. You won't want to leave!
While we hope you are at the beach most of the time, this unit has a top tier television:
a 55 inch Sony A95LQD-OLED Smart TV
We also provide 5 streaming options for television viewing:
DirecTV, Disney+, Hulu+, MaxHBO, and Google TV (Sony TV).
In addition to a full kitchen, we provide Body Wash, Shampoo and Conditioner (Dove
Professional), and full lineup of towels and linens.
Beach amenities include a Cool Cabana (beach cabana), beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cooler & beach towels to help make your stay EASY (like Sunday morning)...

We love to offer Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs:
On booking, please provide your desired times of arrival and departure and if we don't have same day guests, we will do everything we can do to accommodate your needs.

Normal set Check-In is 3pm and Check-Out is 10am. Due to the last minute nature of many reservations, anything other than that has to be agreed to in writing and often times can't be agreed to until a few days before check in/check out. That said, we will do everything we can to help you if you need extra time.
We offer simplified pricing with NO EXTRA CLEANING FEES, NO PARKING FEES, and NO EXTRA OWNER'S FEES! Anything above our nightly rate is charged by VRBO for their fees and taxes (State and Local). That's it. No hidden costs whatsoever.
Nightly rates are:
$200 for June, July, August, September and October.
$300 for May and November.
$350 for December.
$400 for January, February, March and April.

VERY IMPORTANT RULE INFORMATION:
We do not accept reservations longer than 28 days. VRBO may allow you to book a stay longer, but it will have to be cancelled. Please do not book longer than 28 days.
Per HOA Rules - NO pickup trucks, NO oversize vehicles, and NO commercial vehicles are allowed. HOA has strict towing policy. Please note the parking restrictions on these vehicles.
Pet and ESA Policy:
While we personally love pets and fully understand and respect the need for Emotional Support Animals (ESAs), we must unfortunately prohibit all pets and ESAs in our rental unit. The ownerâs family has members with severe allergies to animal hair, and this presents significant health concerns for them.
Service Animals:
We recognize that Service Animals are not subject to the same restrictions as pets or ESAs. However, due to the severity of the allergies present in the household, we kindly request your understanding and cooperation. If you require a Service Animal for your stay, we encourage you to consider alternative accommodations.
In the interest of health and well-being, we must be cautious and take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of family members with severe allergies.
While wishing to respect the familyâs privacy regarding medical conditions, verification inquiries may be directed to the attending physicians, in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
We apologize for the strict nature of this policy. We appreciate your understanding in respecting the health and safety of the owner's family and the Governing documents of the Community/Association.
Lastly, while all of the rules must be followed and adhered to, these are particularly important:
- Trucks, Oversize Vehicles, Commercial Vehicles, Trailers, RV's, or motorcycles are NOT allowed to park on property. Please check with your rental car company if applicable to ensure a sedan or small SUV type vehicle. Vehicles must fit within the parking space. HOA will enforce this rule with the towing of vehicles. Please understand that this is out of our control.
- Reserved FREE Parking for ONE (1) vehicle ONLY (closest reserved spot to the door)
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- No clothes or towels can be hung outside of the unit
- No tables, chairs, or other furniture can be left or used in communal walk ways
- No removing of the chairs from the pool area
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Photo ID for all guests may be required prior to check-in

Hi... We've been in this building for years and years and finally decided to rent it out short term when we are not using it. We are always a text or a phone call away and we really hope you enjoy the property as much as we do!!

This is a small quiet building, and this is a corner unit on the 3rd floor... just high enough to see over the trees and bushes. With an East facing window overlooking the ocean and a South facing window overlooking the beach all the way to Ft. Lauderdale, you've really got one of the best looking views in the building.
If you want to relax on a vacation or on a business trip - this is the place for you...
