Beautiful Views of Pacific Beach

The place, location and the neighborhood were great. The views of the Pacific beach were outstanding and the area is pretty walkable, even at night, so we enjoyed it a lot. The unit was also very clean and the check-in/checkout process was very smooth. It was an awesome experience living at Capri by The Sea.

Great location

You can't beat the location. It is right off the beach. Even the parking is convenient for getting your stuff to and from the beach. The view is to die for. Has laundry facilities and a great pool and jacuzzi.

Gorgeous view, excellent location

This stay was perfect for my husband, my daughter and myself. My adult son whom we we visiting even stayed one night. This location is perfect to watch the sunset and to walk to just about anything you need or crave. The place was equipped with everything we needed. We would stay again.

The perfect location for a great vacation

Our family had a blast at this property. The beach is right out front, and not super crowded. Shops and restaurants are just a couple blocks away. The view is fantastic. Getting to other places in the city such as the zoo, sea world, and the USS Midway weren't bad drives either. The only minor hang-up for us was to have to move all the breakable things in lower, small child accessible places, to higher places. Then we put them back the best we could before we checked out. Again, this was rather minor, but i thought worth noting. It was all a very good experience. We would stay here again.

Older Property with Great View

The property had a great location and view, but the units need updates. The door would stick, the screen doors would come off the tracks when opening or closing. The toilet was old, didn't flush well, and was too low to floor. The master shower was a 3 foot step up which was dangerous trying to step out of with wet feet. The floor throughout the unit was gritty and didn't feel clean.
