The Space:

#StayinMyDistrict Boise Near BSU & Downtown this cute home has updates and charm rolled into one sweet package. Walk to local coffee shops, restaurants & shopping. Walk or bike to Downtown, 35 min. to Bogus Basin Ski Resort & 10 min to Boise Airport. 1590 ft.² Large King Master Bedroom with extra futon sofa bed TV and Private bath complete with walk in shower + Jacuzzi bath tub!!! There are 2 additional queen bedrooms and full second bathroom. Sleeps up to 7. Washer & Dryer are downstairs, Storage area in the garage for bikes or recreational gear, garage is NOT available for parking. Large open yard with outdoor seating, complete with BBQ grill.



KITCHEN: Work space galore in the spacious kitchen, butcher block counters and granite island. The kitchen is fully stocked kitchen where you will find everything you need to feel at home, and prepare a delicious home cooked meal. Full sized stainless appliances oven & gas range, refrigerator and dishwasher. Small appliances including microwave, hand mixer, toaster, crock pot, and standard coffee maker are provided. Plenty of spices, utensils and cookware make eating in simple and efficient. Complete with a dining table with seating for 7.



LIVING AREA: Open living area with built-ins in make for a bright & airy living room. Comfortable sofa, loveseat and oversized chair for plenty of seating. Roku TV with streaming capabilities to catch up on your favorite Netflix series and WIFI. The living area is a bright and open with the option of lots of daylight with blinds open.



BEDROOMS: Master bedroom: Spacious with vaulted ceilings features a king size bed and sofa bed futon for an additional sleeping space with large closet and luxurious en-suite bath. Bedroom 2: a queen size bed and luggage rack. Bedroom 3: has a queen sized bed, designated work space with small desk and closet with luggage rack for storing items. All bedrooms are complete with comfortable mattresses and quality linens. There is also a pack-n-play available if you are traveling with a little one.



BATHROOMS: The master bathroom has both a walk in shower and jetted bathtub, there is a private room for the toilet in the master bath. The second bathroom has a shower and is located in the hall with the 2 queen bedrooms. Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience as well as a hairdryer.



LAUNDRY: Washer & Dryer is located downstairs, there is a gate at the top of the stairs for safety. There is Iron & ironing board to complete the necessities!



OUTDOOR SPACE: Large back yard with fence, Raised deck with outdoor seating, with plenty of room to run and play in the grass if you are looking for a child friendly yard.



PARKING & STORAGE: Driveway parking for 2 vehicles (double parked), Storage garage for bikes or recreational gear, garage is NOT available for parking.

The Neighborhood:

Located within walking distance of BSU, Albertson's Stadium for football games and the Boise River Greenbelt. Just 1.6 miles from a thriving downtown, 2.3 from the Airport and foothill hiking trails just 2 short miles. Located 1.9 miles from Century Link Arena & downtown, 1.4 miles to BSU, near St. Lukes Regional Hospital, & Warm Springs Golf Course.



Getting Around:

This neighborhood is very walkable and biking friendly. There are many restaurants and grocery stores within a mile radius of the home. This neighborhood can be easily navigated without a car. An inexpensive UBER to the property from the Airport and you will never feel stranded.



Other Things to Note:

~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My District.



~ No pets allowed at this property.



~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 9pm.



~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.



~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.



~ Please complete your Airbnb profile, add a profile photo and make sure you include the correct number of guests in your booking inquiry. To add the Government ID verification to your account: Go to "Profile" on airbnb Click "Verifications" and it will allow you to take a photo of your Government ID from your phone and upload the photo directly to the platform.

We enjoyed staying at this house very much. Our grandkids (7 & 3) enjoyed the swing and rings in the backyard and the back deck was pleasant. The house was well suited for our family.

This is one the nicest vacation rentals we've ever booked. The location is fantastic; adjacent to the BSU campus and a short walk downtown, and there's a really nice supermarket just up the block. The check in process was painless, the unit was well furnished and comfortable, and the kitchen was thoroughly equipped. Nice little amenities abound; the managers clearly sweat the details. Highly recommended.
