The property features three bedrooms, two and a half baths, sleeping arrangements for ten guests. Perfect for group outings and family vacations. This fun-filled location puts you within driving distance of Providence and the beaches of Newport, allowing you to dip your toes in the sand and soak up the sun.

Beautiful home!

This home is absolutely beautiful! The inside was very spacious, with plenty of beds for everyone to sleep on. The porch was big with a large table outside to sit at night. The backyard is also spacious, with a nice patio, grass area, and grill. Great communication and friendliness from the owner as well. Such a great weekend, thank you!!

Great family spot!

We stayed at this location to visit family in West Warwick. Our party had three kids (ages 5-8) and five adults, and everything was wonderful! The kids loved the bunk beds, and there was plenty of space that allowed us to enjoy time together or have solo time. Nice, quiet home that is convenient to everything from Cranston to Providence. Host was very responsive to questions and needs.

This property was super clean, comfortable and well appointed with lots of amenities. A lovely home nestled in a quiet upscale development was a plus. Host communication was good. Instructions to strip all the bed linens and place them in one of the bedrooms along with all the used towels was a bit odd but not a dealbreaker. Highly recommend this property!

Regatta week accomodations

I stayed in this lovely home with my son and a few of his friends for the CJ Buckley regatta in East Greenwich. The home was very clean, in a wonderful neighborhood and about 20 mins from the venue. It made it so easy for us to go back and forth. I’d highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great place, centrally located.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was exactly what we needed. The house was well equipped and the space was utilized perfectly. We are a family of 7 and appreciate space to spread out and enjoy and this house had that. It was a little further from Providence (with traffic) than we thought, but that was our mistake.

Nice Home for a Group

We stayed here Memorial Day weekend for our daughter's graduation from Brown University in Providence. We mostly slept here as we were busy with commencement activities. We traveled with three elders, two mid-age adults, a 17 yo, and a 13 yo with muscular dystrophy and mobility issues. Overall all: ‱Very clean home - paramount for this renter. Neat as a pin. ‱Comfortable beds. ‱Nice bedding. ‱Nice bathrooms - master bath not as updated as the main bath, but still a-okay. ‱Plentiful towels. ‱Coffee provided. ‱Full kitchen - you could cook a meal if needed; the only thing we couldn't find was a cork screw. ‱Spacious main level for conversation. ‱Multiple TVs. ‱Easy entrance and check in/out. ‱Quiet, well kept neighborhood. Other: ‱The stairs to the upper level are fairly steep and may not be suitable for older people and definitely not people with balance or mobility issues. It wasn't billed as being accessible, so this is just extra info for folks that it may apply to. ‱The driveway is steep. ‱It's a very easy 23 minute drive to Brown if that's what brings you to the area. ‱Liquor store, grocery store, drug store, and multiple shopping areas nearby. ‱Close to the airport.

Wonderful Home

Our family stayed 2 nights at this home for our son's wedding. The home itself is very comfortable and the host has provided everything you could possibly need for a great stay. The home is clean, organized and well appointed. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The host was very responsive and very accommodating. We needed to check in early and stay a bit later than the checkout time, and the host was happy to allow that. I would highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful Home and Very Caring Responsive Host

We needed a last minute change to our scheduled stay and Elmarie was highly responsive to our needs and made all arrangements prior to our arrival. The house is beautiful with many amenities and is situated in a quiet, esthetic neighborhood. It's about 30 minutes from Newport and very close to Providence center of town. Thanks!
