This unit is not for parties!



The Feng shui is designed for solitude, peace, and if you need to focus.



It’s also close enough to the night life to have a great time and commute safely. I’m always available and nearby. The place does have surveillance on the outside of the door. Please be mindful when booking. Book for the correct amount of guests.



The Space:

If you are a long term tenant we must inspect the unit every 2 weeks. If the unit is not being kept to a certain standard we will schedule a cleaning within 48 hours at the current guest’s expense. This is to maintain the level of sanitation in the home as we have multiple guests and want to maintain the integrity of the unit.

Full access to all amenities



Parking is not included it’s about $7 a night

Parking is not free you’ll have to register with the signs in the parking area

No Smoking- non-smoking unit ($250 fee along with the odor removal cost and whatever fines are inquired from the building)



Loud music ( No Warnings $100 fee)



Unlisted guests/visitors ($100 per person fee)



Smoking anything inside ($250 fee)



Unauthorized Late Checkouts ($50)



2 Hours Past Checkout (Pay Full Day Rate)



Damages on the premises (up to $300)



Pets (No Pets $100)



Interaction with Guests:

I’m available 9am - 10pm outside of emergencies.
