This beautiful Luxury 'single level' home is approx. 2500 sq ft (one bedroom is in the bonus room above the garage). Completely furnished with everything including a fully stocked kitchen, yard service, and pool service.
Beautiful Granite counter tops, wood and tile floors in the main living area with new carpet in all the bedrooms. Every bedroom has its own bath. Imagine cooking up some steaks out by the pool on the gas grill. Enjoy the evening on the covered patio with seating around an outdoor gas fire pit. The covered patio faces east so you will enjoy beautiful sunrises in the mornings and shade most of the day. This is very important when searching for the right home. Backyard block wall privacy fence, Alarm System, Wireless High-Speed Internet (fiber 1 gig up and down).
Fantastic location and within minutes to everything including miles of hiking/biking right out of your front or backyard on asphalt or dirt. Take a short drive to Chamna National Preserve which is a popular off-road biking area. Badger Mountain Trailhead is just a 4 minute drive from the house. Badger Mountain is one of the most popular hiking parks, with a view of the Tri-Cities when you get to the top. Three amazing wineries that are just 2 miles away (Barnard Griffin, J. Bookwalter, and Tagaris). All feature wine tasting, delicious food, and occasional live music in the summer months.

Fantastic vacation home

We took our daughters and their husbands for a very relaxing vacation in the sun. The house was spacious, clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The 3 bedrooms each having their own bathroom was a bonus! The kitchen was appointed with every appliance and amenities you could possibly need. The large pool was perfect. It was inviting, clean and refreshing. While we had no complaints during our stay, the owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We hated to leave and we are looking forward to our next vacation in this beautiful home.

We absolutely loved your home and you are right just bring your clothes. The pictures do not do this house justice. Had a great week lounging on the back patio and the pool was great. Would definitely recommend this.

Fantastic Stay

Beautiful house with all the amenities for an easy, enjoyable stay. Pool is absolutely lovely, property is well taken care of (including a nice lawn and lots of outdoor seating). House is very clean, kitchen is stocked above and beyond, plenty of pool towels and extra bathroom essentials. Location is terrific, short walk down the bike path to a grocery store, coffee shop, town park. Homeowner is responsive, accessible and incredibly easy to work with. This is our second summer at this house and we have felt very lucky to have found it! Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the Tri-Cities.

Beautiful and Relaxing home

Beautiful home we loved every minute of it. Spent our days relaxing in the pool and by the poolside. The house has everything you could ever need.
