Located just a 10-minute walk to the base of Park City Mountain Resort, your all-season retreat awaits at this stylishly remodeled 3BR/3.5BA condo. Enjoy a stunning kitchen, lavish furnishings, and beautiful fairway and mountain views.

Set along the golf course (also a winter cross-country skiing track) enjoy easy access to a host of outdoor activities. After fun-filled days exploring this alpine haven, return to a heated pool (open seasonally), hot tub, tennis and Pickle Ball. Stroll steps to access the complimentary bus for easy transport around town.

LIVING AREA

Unwind into vacation mode on the sofa, love seat, and armchair in the living area. In the evening, light the gas fireplace and settle in to enjoy favorite shows on the TV.

Check emails at the desk in the upstairs office.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare favorite recipes in the pristine kitchen, equipped with expansive granite countertops and a full suite of helpful appliances and utensils, including crockpot, toaster, blender, food processor, hand mixer and both Keurig or traditional drip coffee maker.

When it’s time to eat, gather for delicious meals around the eight-person dining table.

BED & BATH

This three-story condo sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms.

Find supreme comfort in the master suite, complete with a stately king bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Sleep soundly in the guest suite, featuring a plush king bed, smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower.

Located in the loft, the third bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a smart TV. (Please note both twin beds are situated beneath a low 5 foot ceiling suitable for children. The bunk bed is in an area with normal ceiling height)

The third bathroom en-suite is configured with a tub/shower, while a half bath is located just off the kitchen.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Take in the inspiring golf course and mountain views on the patio.

In the evening, sizzle steaks and veggies on the gas grill, then dine alfresco at the outdoor table for four.

After fun-filled days on the slopes, return to enjoy aprés ski relaxation with a swim in the heated community pool (open seasonally) or a soak in one of the 2 hot tubs.

In the summer months, work on your groundstroke with a game of tennis or pickle ball at the on-site court.

THE LOCATION

Stroll just 10 minutes to the base of Park City Mountain Resort for exciting days on the slopes. For family amusement, go for a ride on the Park City Alpine Slide.

In winter months, the Park City Municipal Golf Course transforms into a wonderful cross-country skiing venue. Walk right out your back door to access the beautiful rolling trails.

Head to Main Street to find an array of eateries, pubs, galleries, and boutiques, as well as street artists and musicians (1 mile).

Walk 2 minutes to hop on the complimentary local bus for seamless transport around town.

Fantastic Stay

Our family had a fantastic stay in this condo. Perfect for the 7 adults who enjoyed 3 days of skiing at Park City. It was clean, well equipped, had nice linens, blankets, space heaters, pool towels, and board games. Conveniently located right across from the pool and hot tubs.

Excellent Accommodations/Convenient Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Park City and would definitely rent this unit again. Less than 5 minutes to Park City Mountain. Spacious and up to date unit.

Ski trip with young adult children

This property was conveniently located on the transit line and only a few minute drive to the resort. Also close to ski rental location, groceries and restaurants. I traveled with my 20 year old son one of his friends and we all had our own space and privacy. The living area had great furniture set up for ‘flopping’ after a long day on the slopes. Kitchen very well appointed. Will be back. Thanks.
