The Space:
Illuminated by an abundance of natural light, the open floor plan is not only spacious and inviting, but the vaulted tongue and groove pine ceiling allows you to feel fully immersed in a rustic and timeless mountain escape. Whether you're out on the town every night or planning to bring some culinary skills along with you, this kitchen is adorned with natural stone countertops, beautifully maintained cabinets, and high end appliances to hone in on the refined elegance.
As you and your group make yourself feel comfortable and at home amid the curated mountain chic interiors, the multi-level secluded patio will inevitably call your name. With gorgeous views and lush surrounding scenery, taking a dip in the private jacuzzi or kicking back with a beverage has never been so delectable. Whether you've wrangled the whole family for some memorable bonding or you're getting the gang back together for a long overdue reunion, this space facilitates socializing, rejuvenating, and exploring exceptionally well.
Once it's time to hit the hay, each bedroom is readied with plush bedding and space to fully unpack, while each of the 3.5 bathrooms are thoughtfully designed with bright pine accents and stone tiling so you can comfortably hit the reset and refresh button at any time.

The Neighborhood:
Main Street is the heart of Park City and is about a 4 minute walk from the house. This historic street is lined with an array of restaurants, shops, and art galleries, as well as numerous festivals and events throughout the year, including the famous Sundance Film Festival and Park City Food & Wine Classic. Leave the car at home for maximum fun and hit some of the iconic bars and restaurants for some legendary nights on the town - after all, you're just a quick stroll away from home.
Aside from Main Street, Park City offers an incredible range of outdoor attractions for you to delve into. In the winter, you can ski or snowboard at one of the town's two world-class ski resorts, and in the summer, this mountain town transforms into a hiker's paradise with its numerous scenic trails and breathtaking views. Take a panoramic chairlift ride to the top of the mountain, where you can hike or mountain bike through rolling meadows and aspen groves, spend a sunny day with a round of golf at the prestigious Park City Golf Club, or pamper yourself with a variety of spa and wellness services.

This unit only has an AC window unit for summer reservations, no central AC. When turned on, plus the flans in the home, it will stay cool.
