KBM Resorts is proud to represent "Casa Tornare" a beautiful 3-bedroom, 3 bath private home located within Walking distance to the base of Park City Mountain, City Park, the Library, and moments from Main Street.

Vacationing here provides Easy access to the Slopes for skiing/snowboarding, biking, golfing, or Walking in the historic Old Town of Park City. You will love the warmth this home has to offer within the Family room and kitchen and dining gathering area. In the living room, you can relax and unwind in front of the Gas Fireplace watching movies on the Smart television, no cable.

Within this 1800 square foot mountain home, you will find plenty of bedding and space to accommodate up to nine guests comfortably.

Kitchen: Your fully equipped kitchen features all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware and cookware you expect from a luxury residence. This property does not have a garbage disposal.Dining table is set for 6 respectively, and there is additional bar seating at the kitchen island.

Living: Gather or spread out in the open living room area, where your Family and friends can watch favorite TV shows or movies on the large flat-screen smart television, with the ambiance of a Gas Fireplace. (no cable provided)

Bedroom 1: Located on the lower level features a king-size bed suite with a warming Gas Fireplace and access to the hot tub and en-suite bathroom with an easy step in shower.

Bedroom 2: Located on the main level features a queen size bed with an access via hallway to the 2nd bathroom with shower and tub combined.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom is on the lower level that features a bunk bed (Queen over Queen) and a twin bed with an en-suite bathroom with Walk in shower.

HVAC: The residence has air conditioning.

Parking: This home has driveway outside parking and FREE Shuttle bus to Park City's historic Main Street, which features the Egyptian Theatre, fine dining, and plenty of exciting nightlife.

Location: The home is just steps away from the base of Park City Mountain Resort!

This place is NICE. One block from the parking lot at the base of PCMR and walk to town. Place was nice, comfortable and well set up with kitchen supplies. Property management team was super responsive both prior to and during our stay, managing food pre-delivery and handling one or two small items that arose. Our group will be back.

The host was fabulous- we had a slight snafu with some plumbing but they went above and beyond to sort it all out- would always choose KBM group again based on our experience

Great House and Location

My friends and I had a great time staying at the property. It was plenty big, clean, and had everything we needed. Location was great and was only a short walk from both the mountain and downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for skiing

Perfect for our family of 7 to walk to and from skiing quickly. Everything we could have asked for in a rental home.

This is a really nice quiet home in short walking distance to Park City Mountain and free public transit system to Main Street and the Canyon Village. We truly enjoyed our stay here to ski and snowboard. Would love to visit again.

Beautiful property-near slopes

The property was beautiful. It was easy described and in great condition with fully stocked kitchen. My wife and I brought our three kids and my in laws and the property was perfectly sized. The house is also near the park which was fun. It’s only a few block from the ski lifts and we walked everyday. We also walked to town for dinner. Booking and confirming payment was a struggle with the property manager but once we were in property they were very responsive and attentive. For example, the hot tub was dirty when we arrived and that same night they apologized and came to clean it.
