This beautiful, newly updated condo offers a stunning full-size view of the great Atlantic Ocean from either of the two private balconies accessible from the living room or the main bedroom. A few amenities provided for a stress-free vacation include a full-size washer/dryer, a regular coffee maker and Keurig, a blender, and a toaster oven, all complemented by stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. You’ll also find assorted books, puzzles, and games for added enjoyment. This incredible home away from home features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and yes, all the beds are made before your arrival. Sandy Bottoms will help you create lasting memories for all!

The open-style floor plan in the living area offers ample comfortable seating for everyone to relax after a fun day at the beach. Watch the 60-inch smart TV, catch up on the day's events, or enjoy family movie night. Share meals at the large wooden dining room table, or grab a quick bite on one of the four bar-height stools before heading out to the water.

Entering the first main suite, located just off the living room, you’ll find a beautiful retreat where you can rest easy on the mattress and bedding, a private bathroom, and plenty of closet space and dressers for all your travel essentials. This suite also features a private entrance to the outdoor oceanside balcony, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or late-night relaxation while listening to the crashing waves below. The second main suite offers ample space to spread out, with a large closet, a full-sized dresser, a private bathroom, and a TV for watching your favorite late-night shows. Bedroom three is a unique delight, featuring pirate ship bunk beds that will surely be a hit with the kids!

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools, and two fitness centers.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
