The open-concept kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of pantry space. Start your mornings with a quick cup of coffee from the Keurig before stepping out onto the private oceanfront balcony to enjoy cozy patio seating. The living area provides ample seating for everyone and includes a large-screen TV, perfect for watching your favorite shows. Alternatively, step outside onto the balcony to unwind with a good book or watch dolphins and other sea life gracefully swim by. The balcony also features a six-seat dining set, making it an ideal spot for a serene meal with ocean views.

The main suite offers a king-sized bed, a private bath, abundant closet space, and a TV for catching up on late-night shows. You also have direct access to a private balcony, where you can enjoy an evening cocktail while listening to the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore.

Whether you're preparing meals in the well-appointed kitchen or using one of the outdoor Viking grills near the first-level pool deck, you'll have everything you need for dining in. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
