This popular beach retreat will have you Sittin’ Pretty on your family vacation! Featuring two levels of Caribbean-inspired furnishings, this home offers a casual, open floor plan that makes it perfect for your family to enjoy together.

The upper level boasts a bright and open living area with a kitchen, a breakfast bar that seats four, and a dining table for eight. Relax in the comfortable seating area around the 42-inch LCD TV, or kick back in the enclosed porch that looks out toward the ocean. Step onto the east-facing deck, complete with a bar table and chairs, and soak in the beautiful beach views directly across the street. The upper level also features three bedrooms: a king bedroom with a private bath and LCD TV, plus two queen bedrooms, each with a TV and easy access to the full hall bath.

On the lower level, you’ll find a cozy den with a sofa, TV, full bath, and laundry room. This level also has two bedrooms—one with two twin beds and a TV, and the other with twin bunks.

Spend your days splashing in the large saltwater pool, relaxing on the pool deck, or cooling off in the shaded area beneath the house. The side yard offers a perfect spot for yard games, and the gas grill by the poolside is ready for your favorite barbecue meals.

With amenities like high-speed WiFi, TVs in the living area, den, kitchen, and most bedrooms, plus an enclosed porch and saltwater pool, Sittin' Pretty is ready to welcome you for a memorable vacation!

The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
