Have fun with family and friends at this stylish cottage. Full kitchen, living room and cozy sunroom to enjoy your morning coffee and the beautiful sunsets that Chautauqua Lake has to offer. Steps away is a deck to kick back. For added convenience, dock your boat at the cottage, too! There are 2 kayaks and paddles for your use. Top your fun filled day off with a BBQ and relaxing fire. Sleeps 6. 2 bedrooms upstairs. Pull out sofa, bathroom and laundry are on the main level. Kids park/field is across the street. Just minutes away from shopping and attractions.

As advertised. Very cozy and very clean. Only suggestion is that since we tend to use a lot of towels, bring extras of all if you’re like us. Great stay!

Our family had an amazing stay at this cottage! It was located in a cute area that was convenient to local shops and restaurants. The property was extremely clean and well kept making our stay easy across the board. Overall, lovely experience and hope to return back.

The property was super cute! We loved the sun porch and it was a great space for 4. We didn't get. a chance to use the fire pit but it was there just in case. We walked around the neighborhood and enjoyed looking at the cute little cottages. There were plenty of food options nearby. Fun weekend!

Great stay!

Cute little cottage is a perfect place to stay while at Lake Chautauqua! It was our first trip to the area and the location of the cottage made it easy for us to explore. Communication with the owner was excellent! Would highly recommend and would stay here again if we return to the area.

Quaint and quiet in early winter.

Very nice getaway for late fall. Basically had the area to ourselves. Nice and quiet with plenty eateries still open.

Great overnight stay

House was exactly as pictured. Hosts were responsive and accommodating! Quick drive to Southern Tier Brewery and restaurants at Bemus Point. Would definitely stay again!
