Speaking of outdoor entertainment, this studio boasts a spacious and sunny deck, equipped with a couple of Adirondack chairs and a gas grill. The wooden interior of the studio will surely help you forget about city life and embrace a truly rustic lifestyle, which blends seamlessly with modern amenities throughout. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The smart TV allows you to stay up to date with your favorite series and shows!

There is a double sofa bed
This home is on a private well with a water softener filtration system. You may occasionally notice a slight sulfur (rotten egg) odor in the water due to naturally occurring minerals. The water is safe to use.
Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
