Completely updated with new flooring (no carpet), fresh paint, new light fixtures, new tile showers, new appliances, all new furniture, mattresses, deck furniture, and bedding, this TOPS'L resort rental is ideally situated for a beachside getaway. The suite is comprised of a separate two-bedroom and studio, each featuring a private balcony and boasting recent updates throughout including all new flooring, fixtures, and furnishings. Take in sweeping, Gulf views from the end condo or stroll down to the beach via direct, on-site access. Additional resort amenities include pools, tennis courts, gym, sauna, and grill areas.

The full kitchen makes it easy for at-home meal planning while the studio's full-size fridge, ice maker, and microwave provide easy convenience for beach snacks and drinks. There's an eat-in nook for two in the kitchen and seating for eight at the dining table. Everyone can gather for a family movie night on the smart TV in the living room or relax in bed, with the primary bedroom and studio each featuring a smart TV. Central AC and free WiFi round out in-home comforts.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Everything was perfect!
The decor was so “beachy” but yet modern. The location was great to the pool. Tram ran on time and was a huge help to the beach. We will be back!!

Gorgeous condo, with amazing ocean view!
The condo is beautiful and has a stunning view of the ocean . We loved the pools, the cafe, and playing in the ocean waves. There is an incredible fitness center with daily activities for kids. We especially loved watching “Encanto” on a big screen and the pool by the ocean at night. There are so many things to do at this complex, including the simple pleasure of enjoying the gorgeous sunset on the beach!

Family Vacation
It was a wonderful one week stay on Miramar beach. The kitchen had everything needed to cook, except we needed a scrubbing tool. Also, the Summit Building is the farthest from the beach access and the pool cafe.

Fantastic accommodations!
The condominium we stayed in was gorgeous! It was recently renovated and was even lovelier than the photos online. The view of the ocean was spectacular and by far exceeded our expectations. The complex has so many different activities including putt-putt, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, multiple swimming pools and an incredible spacious fitness center including everything from massage, sauna, weight rooms and cardio machines to fitness classes. The food at the pool cafe was really yummy and they even had a movie night for the kids to swim and enjoy an animated film! Of course the best part of all was the beautiful ocean and warm white sands . Excellent experience all the way around!

A great condo
Great location on the 8th floor you can see the ocean and pool is right below. We were in unit 809 it was like new. Everything looked clean and in great working order. We will be back.
