Welcome to SeaChase #701C, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom gulf-front condo in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama. Step inside and take in the panoramic Gulf views that stretch across the living room, balcony and even the primary bedroom. Morning coffee tastes better with waves as your backdrop, and evenings spent watching the sunset from your balcony will become your favorite part of the day. The modern kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a free-standing ice maker. Great view, beautiful condo. The only complaint I would have is there were no spices or little extras to get you through the first day or two. Otherwise, perfect.

Beach vacation

Room was good but there were some things needing updated, such as, bathroom vents, water pressure, dryer vent detached/needing cleaned. Nice location, loved the balcony/view. Easy access to beach, pools, and area attractions. Overall we enjoyed it.

Great property - AC was broken for 2 days and they couldn't get a repairman due to the holiday. I asked for a partial refund as our family had to bunk up with other families for those nights, but was not given one. Sea Chase is a great property though!

Great accommodations. Only slight critical remark was some trash that was laying by the elevators for 3 days and a box of trash by the garbage bin. Outside of those small things the unit and amenities were fantastic. Great pool area and plenty of room.

Beach Trip May 2022

Best beach vacation ever! This condo was exactly as it is portrayed in the photos and description. Everything you could possibly think of was provided for our stay. Awesome views and great location directly across from Walmart which is so convenient. Really loved that the condo sits close to the beach so that you are not wore slam out trying to get there through the sand. My mom and I had the most relaxing time that we have ever had on a trip. We will definitely try to book our stay here on all of our trips from now own!

Hot, mildewy, moldy, and dirty. There’s not enough words in this character limit to describe how awful our stay at SeaChase was. We arrived to the AC/unit sitting at 80°, where it stayed for the remainder of our stay. We notified them on the first day that it was 80°. It took until 5 PM the second day for us to get anyone to come out and look at it. At that point, told the part couldn’t be in until Friday and (when we were leaving). They offered to move us for one night while they tried to figure out the AC unit- but traveling with two little kids packing up a three bedroom condo is not really something you want to do, just to have to move back after one night. Got offered to stay at a different condo on the beach, but would have to lose all the beach rentals that we had set up for this trip- the chairs, the umbrellas, the paddle boards. (All set up to be right outside of our condo, couldn’t be transferred to a new location or a refund given.) The foyer/lobby entry, elevators, the hallways- all had trash and sand littered daily. I know they weren’t doing anything to blow out/clean the area because we’d pass the same sand trail and trash the whole week. We started lifting up rugs to sweep up some of the sand that we had brought in - realized all of the backs of the rugs were covered in mildew and mold, (dragged them out on the patio). Hands down worst trip experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND this unit or SeaChase

First time to Orange Beach! Great condo!

My husband, mother in law, & our 2 teenage girls really enjoyed this property. The condo was very spacious & what a view! It was bright & beachy. The beds were very comfortable, loved the ice maker at the wet bar, the kitchen was well stocked & in good condition for us to use! The condo was clean. The only things that needed some cleaning was the front door(had some mold) & the door to the hot water heater needs major dusting. I did leave house cleaning a note addressing those. The master closet was fantastic! More than enough room. That toilet had a mind of its own though. It usually took 2 flushes. Lol The mat going onto the patio needs to be replaced & there’s some loose tiles. The furniture was nice. We sat out there every morning & evening. We enjoyed our breakfast at the dining table. Two of the chairs are missing their covers. I may have over looked them somewhere. Anything negative is just small stuff. It was nice that the switches were labeled & very organized. In the list of what to bring, I would add that there’s a K Cup coffee maker as we brought our own & the condo had 2! That was a pleasant surprise! The pools were very enjoyable, great location, & lots of yummy restaurants! I would definitely recommend this condo!

Perfect View

I booked this condo based on the location. The Gulf is right in the backyard of the condo. This place had 5 swimming pools ( shallow one for little kids) Nice to have a private beach and the sand was a beautiful white. We enjoyed using the exercise room- some machines need to be maintained. There was a sauna in each of the weight room's bathrooms. The room was great-it had two king size bedrooms and one twin size bedroom( 2 bed. I really liked the shower heads in the guest bathroom. The master bathroom was huge and so was the master bathroom. Each room came with their own tv. The kitchen was a good size. A couple of problems we had was the refrigerator did not start cooling food until a day later. I was told they unplug it until guests are arriving. Well, I would suggest if guests are arriving that the refrigerator be plugged in the night before. We had to keep food in a cooler and not buy a lot of food until the next afternoon. The ice maker they had was broken and called the property and they had maintenance come and look at it and they ordered the parts and sent me a message if they could come fix it- but they never showed up during our stay to fix it. It would have been nice to have the stand alone ice maker at the bar area. The comfort of the beds were okay. I had to get used to them after a night- some of the pillows on the bed did not come with pillow cases- I was not told to bring my own bedding. The unit does come with washer and dryer which was an extra bonus.
