“Beachy” cottage-style furnishings and extraordinary views of the Gulf from the living room and master bedroom make this 1675 square foot three bedroom, two bath corner condominium a great place for a family vacation.

The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include 9 foot ceilings throughout, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a completely remodelded large master bath with spa-like bath with oversize walk in shower and large soaking tub, large vanity with double sink the guest bath has been completely redone with a gorgeous tile to the shower/tub combination.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The condo was beautiful, spacious, and had plenty of room for our group of 7. It was beautifully decorated and felt comfortable throughout our stay. The views were amazing, and the amenities were also great. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this condo for to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Lovely unit & great gulf views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience went smoothly & the unit was very nice. We appreciated the convenience of the extra ice maker, in-unit washer/dryer & exercise room. The pools are great for kids & adults & the beach is lovely. A couple of negatives for us were hearing the noisy elevators constantly (this unit is 2 units away from them), finding a few things under beds/dressers of previous guests & minimal shade on the pool deck. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We would recommend SeaChase.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I have come to Seachase rentals for vacation for multiple years now and I know when we check in we are always getting the best! The condo is always super clean! The amenities are well taken care of and it’s right on the beach! We got in a little earlier than expected and I had a couple grumpy kiddos with me and they were able to let us in a few hours early for check in. The staff is so professional and kind. I will not being going with anyone else for our family trips! I love Seachase!!

Condo exceeded our expectations! The staff at the front gate were extremely helpful and friendly. We didn’t have any issues with the property. The condo appeared to have been recently renovated and matched the photos. Highlights for me were the beds were comfortable and the boardwalk to the beach was very short. We didn’t use the pools but they looked nice.

It started with the view as we walked in the door of the condo. BEAUTIFUL! To see the ocean just as you enter the door, is so amazing. The condo was beautiful! We enjoyed the balcony everyday! The condo was very clean, plenty of room for us, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for eating in. I hope to get back here to stay again real soon!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the pools not being heated. They were so cold, it was not useable.

Good- not luxurious

This property is good- not great. Bedding was low quality and just not comfortable. Sheets felt like straw. No comfort to the mattresses or bedding in my opinion. The main sink faucet was broken so you got sprayed everytime you used it- which was frequent for us because we like to cook. Overall, it was fine but just not grand ya know? We LOVE SeaChase for the small and quiet place it is. Security is very kind and the property is well kept. The condo itself got a B- from us.
