Great stay on Nantucket

This property is just how it is presented. Very clean and orderly. Comfortable especially the beds and pillows. Great location and central to everything. Host / owner very helpful and accommodating. We will be back!

House was in a great central area. We were able to walk downtown. Catch the wave for free Ben. Maddie‘s husband spent time with us to give us the inside scoop about what was going on in a Nantucket. Lots of outlets and charging stations for devices and screens,

Labor Day Weekend Stay

Maddy and Ben’s house was the perfect house for me and my friends stay in Nantucket. The property was larger than we expected with plenty of room in the house as well as a great outdoor set up. The neighborhood was lovely as well and it was in a very walkable spot to everything we needed. Overall great stay!

Amazing property!

We loved this Nantucket property! Maddy was a fabulous host, communication was almost instant, home as described: well- furnished, bright, welcoming, comfortable, good location, and more. Maddy had great recommendations on restaurants, bike rentals, fishing excursions, etc. We would stay here again and strongly recommend 16 Atlantic Avenue.

Nantucket won over our hearts years ago with its pristine beaches, endless trails, cobblestone roads and infinite adventure. We are so excited to be able to offer our home to you so that you can share in the wonders that Nantucket gives. At our home, we strive to make sure that our guests will have a warm and relaxing place to wake up at and come back to after a long days adventure. We have thought of all needs a guest might have in order to bring you the best guest experience. If there is something you think we can improve on, please let us know so we can enhance your experience for next time. We look forward to hosting you in beautiful Nantucket!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Staying at our home means you don't have to choose between prime town location and having enough space- at our home, you get both! There is ample parking for you to take advantage of, and plenty of space to spread out inside. Being on the edge of town also means that you can avoid the downtown traffic by skirting around the edge of town to get where you want to. AND, you are still close enough where you can walk to Main Street in 10 minutes. It's a win, win!
