Renovated in 2021 and in the heart of the Downtown District! 5 minute walk to the heart of Main Street! This beautiful home with a rich Nantucket history is just two blocks from Main St. & offers 4 spacious bedrooms with two full sized newly renovated bathrooms and one half bath. All new furnishings, appliances, refinished wood flooring, recessed lighting, and beautiful finishes throughout. We are a SUNDAY TO SUNDAY RENTAL

Great Location

Nicely appointed renovated home just a short walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Large driveway for parking and a cute outdoor patio to enjoy quiet time outside.

Multi-generational trip

Grandma, grandpa, mom, dad, and one year old. The space was perfect for us. Easy walk into town with a stroller. The house was beautiful.

Excellent in town home

conveniently located for a very walkable vacation, and recently redone. This was our second stay, and we highly recommend it. They provide beach chairs, a cooler, and towels which is a great bonus.

Nantucket Vacation

My family had a great time during our one week stay. It is about 3 min walk from the Toggery and has plenty of parking if you bring or rent a vehicle on island.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay and were impressed with how well appointed the home was and comfortable for the 8 of us. It is newly renovated with lovely linens, great decor and a welcoming back patio. It is also perfectly located for walking to town, or zipping to the beach. The owner has provided many amenities to ensure you will have a nice stay.

Pine street Nantucket

We had a great time with our friends. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Loved the back yard set up in the evening and morning coffee. House provides multiple places to sit and work if needed. We highly recommend.

Perfect In-Town Property

We just returned home from a lovely long weekend getaway at this charming home. The owners have made some wonderful updates to this old home, making it the perfect combination of historic charm and modern amenities. We were very appreciative of the owners’ prompt and friendly communication both before and during our stay. And we can’t say enough about the location of the home - a very short walk to the heart of town but on a very quiet side street. Home was spotless upon our arrival with plenty of high-quality linens for our use. This was truly the perfect getaway spot for our group of 4 couples. We look forward to a return trip someday!
