54 Fair Street, a 5-bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home that is a 5 minute walk from town. The first floor has a beautifully renovated kitchen, dining room, living
room with gas fire place, and one bedroom with an en suite bathroom, plus a half bath. The second floor has three comfortable and well-appointed
bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. A large and luxurious suite
occupies the entire 3rd floor.
The patio in the back is outfitted with sectional couch, dining table, chairs, umbrella, gas firepit and a private outdoor shower. Close proximity to downtown shops and restaurants. The house is located on a quiet dead end street. Perfect for multiple families and couples trips. In the summer, weekly rentals only, Friday to Friday. This rental is registered with the Nantucket Short Term Rental Registration through 10/31/2026. Certificate#027054.

Wonderful location

This home is beautiful! The property manager is amazing and very communicative! Easy check in and check out procedures. Really close to town less than a 10 minute walk. Immaculate with a beautiful kitchen and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The outdoor space was a great spot for pre dinner meetups and dinner!!! We look forward to booking again!

Perfect vacation in every way

We loved our time at this lovely home on Nantucket. The location was perfect- easy walk into town and short ride to the start of many bike paths. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen; we made dinner at home three nights. The beach towels were super fluffy making our beach time even more enjoyable. Our host was very responsive when we had trouble with the coffee maker which was much appreciated. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Classic charm, modern touches & LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!

Working with Jeff was a delight; he was excellent with communication, and no questions went unanswered. I truly felt as if his home was my home, and that made the stay even better than planned. I am very appreciative that the house "rules" were very clear, but there was no intense demand that we had to complete before checking out. The linens were fresh, the beds were clean...my biggest problem with staying anywhere is my eye for cleanliness and this house passed the test with flying colors. The house had all we needed for an easy and relaxed stay. Each room was lovely, and the location was just wonderful. It is far enough from town to be quiet but close enough that everything is basically a ten-minute walk. I hope Jeff and his family will have me back because I simply cannot wait to return. This is my eighth consecutive summer trip to Nantucket and possibly the best stay yet.

Great House - Fantastic Owner

The house is absolutely perfect for a big family. The place is actually better than the pictures (which are also great). We had a blast grilling outside, walking to town and just hanging out inside. We had a great experience with the owner as well. Easy and responsive and always willing to make things even easier if needed. Definitely coming back.

Phenomenal House Off Downtown

This house was fantastic. Every room was spacious with its own bathroom. The kitchen functioned perfectly. And the walk to downtown was a leisurely few minutes. Highly recommend and hope to return one day. Plus the host was great!!

Amazing Property!

This was my first experience with VRBO and my first trip to Nantucket. The house looked amazing in the photos and exceeded our expectations when we arrived. The house is beautiful and completely stocked with everything you need for the beach (towels, chairs, even coolers/bags). The house is close to town so walking to dinner, shopping and to pick up our bikes was easy. Jeff was a gracious host and I would stay there again in a minute!
