The Millie cottage was perfect for our little family. We were very comfortable in this beautiful home that was walking distance to town. We had a minor issue with the door lock and it was resolved very quickly with no interruption to us. The neighborhood was nice and quiet during our off-season stay. Hope to return!

The kitchen, living space, and bedrooms were great! The location was perfect for what we hoped for - we wanted a cute place within walking distance to town and this was 100% on the mark. We are very happy we stayed here. We had a little challenge finding our unit as there isn't a "D" clearly marked on it. The downstairs bathroom door is impossible to fully shut without waking people up upstairs. I would not describe this as a beach view as from this unit, you have to walk to the end of the drive way for an unobstructed view.

Location is good, property is good.We had trouble with the lock code and there was no contact info on the email communication, only inside the unit. Had to eventually go to one of the neighbors to get the number to call. Once we called the property mgr in Atlanta she was VERY helpful. Also, the low ceiling in the MBR is dangerous. I still have a lump on my head. Also, the fees are outrageous.

The accommodations were very nice—clean, well-decorated. Plenty of room for a family of four. A ten-minute walk to the heart of Nantucket's "downtown" area. Great bedding and linens!That said, the property description needs to fix two errors. The first is that it lists a pool in the description. There is no pool. When I asked the owners about this they told us we could pay to use the pool at a club 10 minutes away. I would take "pool" out of the property description.The other thing to be aware of is that I wouldn't call this a "Harbor View" property. As you can see in the picture, the windows look directly into an adjacent building. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.

Great location walking distance to town and bike paths. Well appointed unit with nice sheets, beach chairs, private patio. Room to lock up bikes outside. Property manager is excellent at communication if needed. Good for a small family - note that second full bath is on first floor (bedrooms on second).

Five Star Weekend

We had the absolute best time at the Millie cottage. It was beautiful, clean, and the location was top notch. Every detail was thought of inside from the decor, to the luxurious bedding, and the products. Location is perfect because it’s easily walkable to downtown but also quiet and the short walk to the duck pond was beautiful! I would highly recommend staying here, and hope I get the chance to stay again!

We absolutely loved this property! It was perfect for our family of 4. There was plenty of space to hang out and having 2 full bathrooms was nice. It was within walking distance (10 min) to town. Parking at the cottage is easy. The decor is charming and modern. Comfy beds. Booking, check-in and check-out were easy. Kitchen is well-equipped. Would definitely stay again (and hope to).

Perfect Nantucket Getaway – Ocean Views, Comfort, and Dog-Friendly Charm!

We just returned from an incredible 3-night stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath home in Nantucket, and it exceeded all our expectations. Traveling as two couples (and two dogs!), we found the space perfect for a relaxing and memorable getaway.The house itself is bright, clean, and thoughtfully furnished, with a great balance of coastal charm and modern comfort. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, offering plenty of privacy, and the layout felt spacious without being overwhelming. The house was impressively well-stocked – we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.The location is fantastic – quiet, peaceful, and just a short walk to the beaches and town center. Whether we were grabbing coffee, exploring the island by bus, or just enjoying dinner downtown, everything felt easy and accessible. Highly recommend this home for couples, small families, or anyone looking for a comfortable, pet-friendly stay in a prime Nantucket spot. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Wonderful place to stay

We loved our stay on Nantucket in this wonderful cottage! The cottage is an easy walk from the ferry and town, and you can catch a bus less than a block away. It was very clean and everything was as expected. The beds were very comfortable!

Great stay!

Absolutely loved staying here. Great location and Theresa was super responsive! The property was well stocked and had everything we needed for a peaceful couple weeks. Our dogs loved being so close to the beach!
