Very nice 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with great space for entertaining. The balcony overlooks the Warrior River and there are restaurants, a boutique and Nail Salon on the property. The river walk trail is located behind the unit for great walks and a picnic area.

Stayed for a football game with friends. Great outdoor space overlooking the river was amazing. Close enough to walk to campus or downtown. Very much enjoyed our stay.

The River

This was a great place to stay. Very comfortable inside and the location was outstanding. The owner was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay

What a great place!

Awesome accommodations and location. We pretty much lived out on the patio overlooking the river. Having restaurants like River and Another Broken Egg down below made it convenient as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great view and location

The property is clean and well-maintained. The host is friendly and accommodated our needs. The unit has a great view of the Black Warrior river with close-by restaurants and walking distance to my venues in downtown Tuscaloosa. We would definitely stay here again.

Graduation Weekend

The property exceeded our expectations! Everything was easy and convenient for our daughter's graduation weekend. We loved putting our name in at the River restaurant and then hanging out in the apartment for the 2 hour wait. So relaxing!

Absolutely amazing stay! My family enjoyed the weekend worry free. We were close enough to walk everywhere around campus and the stadium. The condo was spacious and had all the latest amenities. RTR!!!

Great BAMA Grad stay

This condo was clean, spacious and had everything needed for a wonderful relaxing stay for our family during my son’s graduation from UA. This location on the Riverwalk was great and the patio set up overlooking the Black Warrior River was perfect for spending quality family time. The only suggestion I have is 3rd bedroom should have a real bed as futon in there was not comfortable. Our host was wonderful and I highly recommend this property.

Had a great time. Location was great and the restaurants right below were convenient. Great condo with the only drawback being the bed in the 3rd bedroom. Very uncomfortable to where my son ended up sleeping on the couch. Other than that - the place was great!
