Property owner was delightful and went above and beyond to make our stay nice. We were in Philly to see our daughter graduate from college and there was a mix up on which property we rented, but property owner corrected.

Great apt. - Neighborhood not the cleanest.

We were very impressed with the appartment itself. Very clean. Additionally, my husband and I felt very safe behind two locked doors. However, climbing the stairs was a bit tough and the trash floating through the street was adisheartenening

Perfect anniversary getaway

This rental was as shown in the photos posted. Checking in/out was super easy. The owner was super helpful & responsive . Street parking was available right out front of this unit and free for the overnight ,which was fantastic. Fyi...Parking meters start running at 8am. There are always police officers around, so we felt safe. The Owner provided complimentary travel sized toiletries: toothpaste, Toothbrushes, mouthwash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, roll towels, garbage bags and even snacks (popcorn, various candy, bottled water)--- this was so convenient and much appreciated. When i booked our reservation, i informed the owner that my husband and I were staying in town to celebrate our wedding anniversary and when we arrived , we found a beautiful anniversary card and balloons, which was totally unexpected, but extremely thoughtful. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to visit philly's major attractions, which are just mins away.

Comfortable apartment near 30th St Station!

My friend and I stayed here for two nights and were very satisfied with the experience. There is one bedroom and a pull-out couch which was very comfortable for an adult! There is a key rig with pods provided. The apartment is on the smaller side, but it felt cozy and was definitely comfortable for two adults. Our host was very helpful and communicative. I had some confusion with the front door code and she got back to me right away to help. I would recommend taking Uber to-from, but it's a very short ride--only 10 min from the train station and 15-20 min (including traffic) to Independence Hall/Liberty Bell!

Nice and Clean Little Apartment

The room itself was perfect. Nice TV/couch, a good size kitchen, clean restroom and shower, and a comfortable bed. The neighborhood was nice enough during the day but after all the businesses closed, the street became a little sketchy. Not the fault of the host at all, but definitely something to be aware of.

clean and easy stay

The apartment was nice and clean, looks exactly like the pictures in the listing. The pullout couch was surprisingly comfortable. The venue downstairs could be loud during events but the host kept us updated. The host responded quickly and was very helpful whenever we had questions. Great stay overall!

Great Place for a Short Stay

The place was as described and neat and tidy. There were a few things that were missing such as a complete set of linens for the pullout bed, but overall it was a great stay!

Nice, clean property

Property was as advertised. Clean with nice appliances. Owner was kind and communicative. Would highly recommend, especially for short stay in the city. Good location close to downtown Philadelphia as well as surrounding Universities.

Cozy clean and comfortable

I can't say enough about this property and the host. We stayed due to a family member who was at U Penn Hospital. The host communication was outstanding. Quick response and helpful beyond belief. The property was cozy but beautiful. I had no fear in the neighborhood... Infact the neighbors I did encounter were nothing but nice and friendly. Can't go wrong here.
