Better than advertised in the photos. Super cozy, the view was amazing to wake up to everyday. It was so close to everything in the area. Well stocked with games, and extra towels and linens. Easy check in and check out process. Would definitely stay here again!

Dreamy view with cozy comfort

We were mesmerized by the view in the light, and slept like rocks in the soft beds at night. Incredible place. So glad to find it.

Beautiful and clean home right on the river. It’s a little slice of paradise. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. We had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

This is a comfortable property in a quiet location. Close to local shops and restaurants. Close to boat launch. House has nice layout and river view

Thanks Sherlyn for the great review! The Chill Zone is unique because we are not in a neighborhood with lots of vacation rentals. We are surrounded by year round residences. That's why we like it Chill. No events or party's. Just good quality relaxation time to sooth the soul :)

Great Location

I love how this property is central to everything. The beach, grocery store and other beach towns are only a hop and skip away. We especially enjoyed going to the beach during low tide to look at all the beautiful sea creatures. I also enjoyed listening to all the birds as I sat on the deck looking out onto the river.

Christmas on the coast

Very sweet place, nice a quiet with direct water views of the Nestucca river and plenty of room for the four of us. We had easy walking to the center of Pacific City with great local eateries. Very close to the beach, but quieter on the river side. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

Cozy, relaxing home with amazing view

Gorgeous house right on the river. It was a cozy, welcoming environment with adorable decorations. Everything was perfectly clean and organized, and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. The view from the back deck is absolutely unbeatable! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and only a quick drive from the beach. We absolutely loved our time spent here!

We have stayed at many rental homes, and this home is at the top of the list. WOW! It is wonderful. The home is quiet, well stocked with all the necessities and more, nicely furnished, has a great deck, comfortable furniture and beds and spotlessly clean. Thank you, for a memorable stay. Total Chill Zone

The house is amazing. Beautiful view and an easy relaxing stay. This house made our trip so much more relaxing. Everything was easy access and fully stocked with kitchen necessities. Very clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfy and plenty of supplies to make our stay there worry free. We definitely want to stay here again.

Family Needs

We came down to celebrate the loss of a family member and this was a perfect little place to stay. Beds were comfortable and clean as well as is was spaced out enough for each of us to have our own space. There was a small event that was out of the ordinary which they were quick to respond to and address appropriately. Would definitely stay again!
