Immense vue sur l'océan avec accès à la plage semi-privée

Cette maison décloisonnée unique offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan depuis toutes les chambres, à l'exception de la buanderie, de la salle de bain principale et de la demi-salle de bain. La maison a été construite en 2004, fait 2000 pieds carrés, dispose de 2 foyers et d'un bain à remous. L'étage supérieur a sept grandes baies vitrées qui donnent sur l'océan Pacifique. Les baleines sont souvent vues ainsi que les bateaux de pêche et les parapentistes qui décollent du Cap. Les cerfs traversent souvent la dune entre la maison et l'océan, avec une grande variété d'oiseaux. La randonnée / marche sur les sentiers semi-privés menant à la plage ou au Cap dure moins de dix minutes, mais nécessite une randonnée de haut en bas de certaines dunes.

L'un des plus grands avantages de la maison est que vous aurez une vue imprenable sur l'océan au coucher du soleil. Oui, le soleil d'été, de printemps et d'automne coule directement dans l'océan par vos fenêtres.

Remarque: nous ne louons plus à des groupes de 8 adultes.

The house was spacious and very clean, beds very comfortable. Was amazed at all of the dishes and utensils in the kitchen. The view was so peaceful and great for watching whales and the dories. Brian, the host, gave excellent instructions and information prior to the visit - we had no need to contact him during the stay.

The house is fantastic. Very clean and nicely furnished. All three bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The view from the top deck is beautiful. We even had an eagle perch in the tree during one sunset. Be aware there are a number of stairs that could be challenging for those with mobility issues. I can’t say enough good things about Brian and his communication during booking and the check in process. A truly exceptional experience.

Simply spectacular! Amazing view, clean, spacious, quality furnishings, well-stocked kitchen with quality cookware, timely and helpful communication from the owner ... so many great things to say about this home/property and our experience. We really appreciated all the nice touches in this home. How wonderful that our foster dog was welcome to come along. It is obvious that the owners really care about their guests having a great time and being comfortable.

This is one of the nicest VBRO’s we’ve rented! The house was extremely clean and very well stocked and maintained. It’s perched on the hillside with an easy walk down to the beach and a nice workout getting home. ; )We had great communication from our host!

This is easily the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at. The kitchen was fully stocked, beautiful view of the coast, and the space was so clean. Truly a great stay and we would love to rebook in the future.

The house is even better than the pictures! Nice view of the ocean and trees behind the house. Nice deck to sit out and watch the ocean and sunsets. The house is immaculate. The kitchen is very well supplied. The beds are comfortable. Showers are great . . . Lots of water pressure. Great tub with a view . . . Unfortunately, we were not able to use the tub because the drain stopper was broken. Brian said he would have it fixed. There were many board games to play. Plenty of towels and blankets. And, there are restaurants nearby. The only disappointment was that the trail to the beach behind the house was not an easy hike. I hiked half way and turned back. We opted to drive to a local beach. But, other than that the house is amazing.

Brian is a software developer who grew up in the Pacific Northwest. Gloria works in finance and grew up in Cornwall, England. We have a Boxer named Zoe who wishes she could spend every day at the house on the Cape. Brian and Glo purchased this house from Herb and Bev in January of 2011.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Cape Kiwanda is a special place. The ocean views and wildlife are like nowhere else. Pacific City is also a great little town. The energy is good there.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We enjoy watching wildlife from the house, especially the whales and birds. Hiking the cape and walking the beaches with our dog is part of the daily routine. Enjoying a pint of IPA from the patio of the Pelican pub on a sunny day is also a favorite.
