If the hundreds of attractions you pass while traveling along highway 17/N Kings Highway (less than 30 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport) don't make you giddy with excitement, the journey down our street will! Your eyes will be glued to the stunning ocean in front of you, so don't be shocked if you drive right by the house. Once you have recovered from your beach stupor, just pull into the driveway. There is room for up to 4 vehicles to park. Take a moment to admire the breathtaking ocean views from the front deck before climbing the stairs to the main door.

When you walk through the front door, you will see the fully stocked kitchen.

The ultimate entertainment space is located past the kitchen and includes a custom dining table, a 65" smart TV, and a comfortable seating area. Everyone will compete for a chance to unwind in one of the two accent chairs in front of the custom feature wall. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is also accessible from this location.

The sights and sounds of the ocean will astound you once more as you access the top-level back deck through the sliding door from the entertainment area. On this deck, there are two beautiful egg chairs, several patio chairs, and a unique outdoor patio table.

Reenter the house and explore the stunning master bedroom, which has a king adjustable position bed, a 43" smart TV, a work desk, a jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower, and seating. From your bed, take in the seaside views! The master bedroom also has its own entrance to the upper deck.

A gorgeously furnished bedroom with a queen bed and a complete bathroom is located on the main level as well. The bedroom windows offer views of the ocean for you to enjoy.

As you descend the steps to the lower level, you’ll be transported back in time as you enter the arcade space featuring NBA Jam and Pacman arcade games.

On this level, there is a spacious bathroom with double vanities and a tub/shower combination for everyone's use.

With a comfortable couch, 50" smart TV, and workspace, the living room is sure to be a favorite gathering spot.

On this level, there are 2 gorgeous queen-sized bedrooms as well as a bunkroom that youngsters will adore. Small families will appreciate the family bedroom, which offers bunk beds for the kids and a king bed for Mom and Dad. There are 4 bedrooms total on this level. Watch a movie together as a family in private on the 50" smart TV.

On this level, there is access to the garage, which is stocked with beach supplies for your use during your stay, including coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, and a beach wagon.

We left the best for last! Outside is the ultimate lounge area with a 55" smart TV, ping pong, and cozy outdoor couch and chairs. Up next is the saltwater pool, which is fantastic and can be HEATED (for a little fee) year round so you can enjoy it anytime. In addition to the custom built-in seats, the pool area is illuminated with a color-changing light that can be controlled via remote. The pool is surrounded by a gas firepit, hammock, padded chairs, and loungers. Step up your putting game on the custom built 3 hole putting green! Additionally, there are 2 charcoal grills available for guests to use. Don't forget the charcoal and anything you need for grilling. You won't ever want to leave!

Oh, we almost forgot that the beach is just a quick, 1 minute walk away! Within a few minutes’ walk, you can enjoy tourist favorites like parasailing, jet skiing, beach volleyball, and more at restaurants with live music and delicious food.

Guests have access to the entire house except for the locked owner's closets. Access to the house is gained by entering a 4-to-6-digit code at the front entrance. During your stay, you are welcome to use the washer and dryer.

Excellent customer service is something we take great pride in. Prior to check-in and check-out, we give very thorough instructions so that guests may just unwind and take it easy while on vacation. We are very efficient at providing prompt responses to questions and issues in a timely manner. The process of checking in is very simple. A door code will be sent to you the day before check-in. There's no need to meet someone to get keys!

There is a camera located at the front of the house facing the driveway. This is the only working camera we have on the property. There are multiple white ADT cameras around the exterior of the house that do not work. None view private areas.

Please understand that we do everything we can to ensure there are no mechanical issues with any amenities during your stay. We can't control when equipment/things malfunction or break, If the fireplace, hot tub, washer, dryer, etc. malfunctions or breaks during your stay, notify us immediately and we will handle the issue as quickly as possible. We do not offer refunds for instances such as this, but we will handle the situation professionally and efficiently.

There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet. If pets are included in guest count at time of booking, the fee is already included in your total. If pets are not included in guest count at time of booking then we will request payment through resolution center for pet fee(s).

Fees for heating the pool are not included in total price at time of booking. If guest wants pool heated we will request the fee amount after booking.
