âSalt Sea Lifeâ is a beautiful canal side home in Bradenton, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it has the space for up to 6 guests. Thereâs plenty of space to enjoy company, as the living area is open-concept and thereâs a lovely sunroom as well. This Bradenton rental is newly remodeled, something showcased in the coastal palette that decorates the living area. Watch some of your favorite movies or shows on the wall-mounted 50â TV or surf the web with Wi-Fi. The kitchen is gorgeous, updated with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Prepare, cook, and dine on some of your favorite dishes, or enjoy them in the sunroom! With âSalt Sea Lifeâ being on the canal youâll have access to the water ways. Take your boat out for a spin on the bay or stand in the back yard to fish to your heartâs content. With some many ways to enjoy your day, feel free to wind down with a relaxing swim in the pool (not heated).
As great as this rental home is, your stay places you near the beaches, sights, and experiences of Bradenton Beach, so go explore! Take a trip to the beach, only 5 minutes away, and dip your touch into crystal sands and cerulean waters. When your time at the beach is done grab a bite to eat at Island Time Bar and Grill, for local food and drinks. For dinner with a view, try Beach House Waterfront Restaurant, the name says it all. Bradenton Beach is even known for its night life, live music, and the Historic Bridge Street. Whether youâre looking to relax by the canal, go on a sailing adventure, or take a trip to local beaches and restaurants, âSea Salt Lifeâ has you covered.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Please note unless alternative arrangements are made, the bank account or credit card on file will be charged your remaining balance automatically at 60 days. If you initially paid with an eCheck and received the booking incentive, please remember future payments must also be made with an eCheck. Anna Maria Islandâs noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AMâ10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PMâ7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50â or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.
