Kitchen offers granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless appliances with spacious island. The open living space is great for entertaining with walkout to a NEW private deck overlooking East Lake. No other condo buildings seen from deck, trees and partial view of Bridges Bay Pool. We had lovely stay. The villa was was wonderful and it will be even more awesome once the deck is complete! We we were close to both the water park and a regular, uncrowded pool, which was nice for the 7 and 8 year old.

Great stay on Okoboji

Carrie is a great host. Condo is exactly as the listing and photos indicate. Clean and comfortable with a nice view of the lake. We enjoyed the on-site dining and drinks options and the location provides easy access to all the fun the lakes area has to offer!

This is a gorgeous condo with a great view! It is very comfortable, very well appointed with everything you could possibly need and then some. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful with any questions. We will definitely be back!

Fun family vacation

This was a nice accommodation for our 3-generation family. Adults and children enjoyed the waterpark. It was very convenient to have the playground and waterpark right next door. We enjoyed the spacious living area for playing cards in the evenings. We were disappointed that weather cancelled the fireworks, as we had been looking forward to watching them from the deck. However, we did enjoy the deck at other times throughout our stay. The location was convenient to Arnolds Park, a donut shop, and many restaurants.

This is a beautiful condo! Great location, being the first building/closest to bridges bay. The location is especially helpful with little kids that are too tired to walk after swimming! We had plenty of room with grandparents & then our family of 5. There are games, beach towels, any kitchen appliance you could possibly need, electronics charging station, extra blankets. We enjoyed our weekend at this condo & in okoboji so much!!! The only tiny negative (that I missed in the picture listed on Vrbo) is that there is a missing safety rail on the top bunk of one of the bunk beds. I don’t feel it’s safe for kids to sleep on a top bunk with no rail so my twins argued each night over who got to sleep in the top bunk with the safety rail. Other than that it was perfect!!!

Great location

This condo is exactly as the pictures and description show. We love that it’s the closest building to the pools and restaurants. The access is very easy. The only complaint was that the beds aren’t real comfortable, but we managed.
