Experience life on the beach in this beautifully remodeled condo! Bright white walls allow for an open and bright space. Perfect for a couple or family of 2. This lovely condominium is on the second level with beautiful direct ocean views and has stairs or a ramp leading up to it. Our condo faces Monterey which gives amazing sunrise views. Our beach condo is Professionally managed - Sanitized with On Site staff 7 days a week, 9-5!

This spacious, bright 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a decorative electric fireplace for those relaxing nights by the sea. There is a half sized fridge and separate freezer perfect for a couple and there are various restaurant and food delivery options to choose from. Master has a Queen sized bed. Having friends or family over? The living room has a brand new Queen sized Sofa Sleeper! Need to work from home? Additional Private Wifi Connection - speed of 1000mb! Super Fast! This condo is perfect as it faces directly to the beach giving amazing views like no other!

Our condo is located in a gated community which offers amenities such as Pickle Ball, basketball, and tennis courts. We offer equipment for these at our lobby, just stop by and we will direct you to them!

Stop by our lobby and look at the selection of sports equipment you can rent out for free, browse our DVD library and gift store where you can find breakfast foods, beer & wine, comfy beach clothing, gifts and great kites to fly on those breezy days!

Wonderful Condo, Great Views!

Of all the places we've stayed at Pajaro Dunes, this is our favorite! The location and views are spectacular! It was really windy during our stay, so we stayed inside a bit more than we expected but never lost that "at the beach" feel. Kitchen was well-equipped and we had everything we needed. We already want to go back!

Great place!

We had a great time at this condo! The description and pictures are accurate. Loved the ocean view and access to the beach. The only suggestion I’d have is to have a full size refrigerator as it was only a mini fridge.

Last summer vaca

Very lovely place. Has everything you need inside. Spacious for the two of us. Balcony was small but gave us a beautiful view of the ocean. Did not have BBQ grill but we brought out tailgate grill. Bed is hard but most rental places beds aren't soft. Had plenty of counter space. Love the shower on the control Temperature knob.

OH MY GOSH -THE VIEW!!!

From our window we saw a pod of 20-50 dolphins and 2 humpback whales! Besides how cute, cozy, and super clean the place was - if you want to do very simple cooking its ok... its better suited for reheating things from restaurants rather than really cooking . But the view was just amazing; and our joke the whole time was: What's that noise? (meaning the lovely sound of the ocean)- I would come back again;)

Upfront Coastal Views

This nice condo can't be beat for the ocean view that's 180 degrees from the living room and in your face from the balcony. Be aware, oldsters, that the beach is a brief but slippery sandy trudge from the property. Kitchen had everything we needed for the minimal cooking we undertook (vacation, after all!). I found the bed kinda hard but my companion was very comfortable. Loved sleeping with the ocean performing a lullaby outside the window. Magically had clear days with little to no overcast, a miracle along the coast.

Peaceful Pajaro

This is a nice unit with an exceptional ocean view. Overall, our stay was pleasant and what we were hoping for However, the washer did not work, and clearly did not work prior to our arrival, but we were not notified of this. We did not discover this until the end of our stay. When we notified the management company, they were quick to respond and offered for us to use one of the washer's used by their housekeeping staff. Unfortunately, we did not have time to do this and, frankly, it would have been inconvenient to take our laundry to their facility. They really should have let us known when we checked in that the washer was not working! Also, there are not screens on the to two sliding glass doors, which made us reluctant to leave the doors open at night due to pests, etc. I would certainly recommend this unit, and would definitely consider staying here again as long as the washing machine is fixed and screens are added. Thank you!

Nice place and Gorgeous Views

This condo is really nice! Looks just like the pics in listing. It is in an older development but it is oceanfront and has incredible views of the Pacific!! It is very well appointed...had everything we needed and is comfortable. Bedding was really nice too. Be aware...The unit does not have AC! We didn't realize that, and this place needs it. Owner should update. BUT the property manager was fantastic and delivered us two new box fans right away which helped. We just didn't feel safe leaving the screen doors open at night so it was very hot in the unit at night. Daytime was ok with fans on and doors open to the ocean breeze. And, the location wasn't really the best for us. It is located in Watsonville, which is about 40 minutes from Carmel downtown. While we really did enjoy seeing all the agriculture going on along the way on our drives each day, but we would stay closer to Carmel next time since most of what we did was in the Carmel and Big Sur area. The cost of this unit was really nice and so it all worked out just fine. I can't say enough about the property management...they were terrific and very available and responsive. Loved Larry at the security gate!
