Our condo has been recently updated with new flooring, trim, doors, cabinets, and quartz countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances and everything you need to cook up a delicious meal. The living room features a comfortable queen-sized sofa sleeper and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

Head upstairs to find two cozy bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen-sized bed. The full bathroom boasts a retreat level shower with plenty of hot water for your comfort.

Outside, you'll love spending time on the large shared deck overlooking the canal. It's the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun, or to gather with friends and family.

There are a flight of stairs both outside and inside the unit.

No Pets are allowed per the Condo HOA for renters.

Cleaning fee includes a complementary “Starter kit” for your first day. The kit includes a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, single pack of dish wash detergent (1 wash), single pack of laundry detergent (1 wash), and the first garbage bag in the trash can. In the full bath there will be a small supply of shampoo, conditioner and soap. There is a nicely stocked and clean Dollar General a short walk from the unit to pick up additional supplies if you do not remember to bring them with you.

This is a residential area with few short-term rental units. The remainder of the complex and street consists of owner-occupied properties. This is a very quiet area. Please be respectful of the full-time residents.
