OWell Orange Beach at Romar Lakes is the perfect vacation condo for you and your family! With just a quick walk to a private beach, this spacious 1200 square foot 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit has room and amenities for everyone! Romar is within walking distance or a quick drive to many popular Orange Beach restaurants and activities as well as Gulf Shores!

OWell's top floor, corner unit boasts a beautiful view of the lagoon (where you can view turtles, alligators and many different types of birds!) from its roomy and private back balcony. There is also a separate balcony on the front of the condo that overlooks the wonderful pool area - either spot is perfect to relax and drink your morning coffee or have an evening cocktail.

The condo includes a wonderfully stocked kitchen with everything your family needs to prepare a meal or pack your coolers for a day at the beach, with plenty of seating! The spacious living area has lots of room to spread out while watching a movie, catching a game or to take a nap after a fun day at the beach. The in-condo laundry is conveniently located between the living spaces and the bedrooms, with a full washer and dryer to make packing easier for your group! Each bedroom has comfortable sleeping options with easy-to-use Roku TV's and ample storage. The master bedroom has its own bath, while the other 2 bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bath in-between. There is also a pull-out sofa in the living room for an additional sleeping option.

There is plenty of parking available right outside the building, no permit or pass required. However, the complex does not allow boats or trailers of any kind to be parked on the premises.

Publix and WalMart Neighborhood Market are within two miles of the condo to make grocery and supply shopping easy! Within walking distance are popular restaurants such as Wolf Bay, Doc's Seafood & Steaks, and Ruby Slipper Cafe. Also nearby is the popular Beachside Mini Golf.

The Romar Lakes Condominiums have deeded beach access just across Perdido Beach Boulevard, where you can enjoy a private beach during your stay. The condo offers beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cart to make the very short walk a little easier!

Family vacation

The condo was nice and clean. We enjoyed the balcony and watching the wildlife, the pool was close and nice. The beach was just a little walk from the condo. The host was very nice and informative. We were even able to get in a little earlier than our scheduled check-in.

Beautiful place!

We’ve been coming down to Orange beach for 15 years and we love staying in this area! The pool is right out the door. You wake up to alligators swimming in the swamp behind you and if you want the ocean, it’s just across the street!

Spacious, Clean, and loved all the nature right from the back deck.

Most importantly the condo was very clean! The host was very quick and responsive. The back deck had comfortable patio furniture to sit and enjoy the turtles, birds and alligators! I enjoyed sitting outside of the condo more than I did the beach. and I love the beach!

Comfortable and relaxing!

We were in Orange Beach for my father in law’s 80th birthday, so we had activities planned each day, so we needed a condo that was centrally located and a great place to rest and recharge before the next outing. This condo was perfect!

Perfect getaway

Condo was great!! We loved the location with beach access directly across the street. Spacious rooms and clean. Had a little issue with entry code but the host was AMAZING! Her communication was top notch. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great for our long weekend!

We had a great time at this awesome property. The place was spacious and clean, it had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The host was quick and responsive to our questions. The location is convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Even though we weren’t on the beach the water out the back patio was remarkable and very peaceful!

Spacious Condo - Close to Everything!

Wonderful Orange Beach condo with plenty of space for everyone! We enjoyed the large living room watching movies (enough seating for the 5 of us), the balcony off the kitchen (the views were amazing), the beach access was a short easy walk, the kitchen had what we needed, the beds were comfortable and had plenty of storage in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Very quite at the back of the complex with plenty of parking. We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving in your home. Thank you for sharing!! It was wonderful!!

Beautiful condo

My friends and I stayed at this condo in May of 2024. It was exactly like the pictures. Everything was very clean and organized. My favorite part of the condo was the balcony. The view was fantastic! The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Peaceful, beautiful, AMAZING!

This condo was everything we needed and more! Very spacious, it was just as pictured online and for a great price! The Host got back to us very quickly with a question. This is the first place I’ve stayed where no one had any complaints! Quiet spacious Condo

What a great month !

Our month in Orange Beach was perfect. As was our Condo ! Loved the front and back balconies
 We had everything we needed in this beautiful and roomy “home away from home” !!! We highly recommend this place !!!!! You’ll love it as much as we did !!!

Awesome, well-appointed condo

Family of four that stayed three nights. The condo is equipped with just about everything you might need during your stay..from kitchen and laundry supplies to beach toys and accessories. There is a dedicated traffic light to cross Perdido Blvd and get to the beach. Condo is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator if you need it. Being October, the whole condo property was pretty quiet during our stay. Bedrooms are plenty big enough and the beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms and showers were great as well. My favorite spot to hang out was the back balcony, overlooking the lagoon. We didn't see any gators but did get to see many species of birds as well as ducks and turtles. I loved being out there in the early mornings and evenings. Location is great and there are many stores and activities nearby.
