Place was nice. There was some mold around the baseboard in the bathroom and the sliding door was broken and couldn’t lock it. Ther was a bar so you couldn’t open it from the outside.

Our host was very polite and responsive. The unit we stayed in was really nice. The resort was nice but the arcade area needs to work on having their games all up and running. The outside areas were all nice. Staff is very friendly and good location

The townhouse is in a cute little gated community, and had a lot of beach toys and kid friendly items stashed away in the closets. The resort pool is a lot of fun, and the check in desk was very convenient. We had a couple miscommunications about the listing and fees, and the owner and property manager were very responsive and worked with us to make sure our stay was a good one. Overall a great place to stay and we would definitely go back again.

A Perfect Getaway!

Thank you for a lovely stay. Our family had everything we needed during our stay and my kids loved the pool area. We were close to all of our daily activities. We would definitely stay again.

Yes. Great place. New large pools and rooms.There is a few things you have to sign and pay for at the 2 front desks (keys, parking pass) before you can get in. The rooms are brand new and very modern. The kitchens have all the needed amenities (coffee machine, pans, silverware, wine glasses, cups, plates for a family for a day).

The home was a great spot to hang out and unwind at the end of the day. The kids loved there bunk room, and it was a great size for 6 of us. It was clean, comfortable and pretty central to where we needed to be.

Rogers family vacation

From the Rogers family, we had an incredible time at the resort, there was plenty of room for everyone in the house., my kids really enjoyed the amenities that the resort had to offer. This is most definitely a place we would consider coming back in the future.

Great for Family Trip

Great space to enjoy a family trip to Disney. The check in was easy, amenities were nice and the home was pretty clean. Had to stock up on essentials like toilet paper, and do a good wipe down in the kitchen but wasn’t a deal breaker at all. Would definitely recommend.

Great Property!!

Our family had such a wonderful time! Just about 30 minutes from the parks. The resort is beautiful! The kids loved the pool! The house was super clean and stocked with lots of necessities to get us through the week. Check in and out was a breeze. The owner kept in touch and made sure everything was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

Great resort!

Overall we had a great stay. Dan was very accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. The only negatives we had was that the furniture and carpets had quite a few stains on them. Aside from that, we wished were were closer to the resort for the kids to have easy access to the pool without having to drive to and from.

It is a safe place to stay with family near the parks or surrounding areas. It is a comfortable place. The communication was non-existent. Asked several questions to the property manager and reported an issue we found when we checked in with a window blind. We received zero reaponse- not even an acknowledgement of the messages!

Regal Palms Vacation

Our family stayed at 2010 Calabria Ave in the Regal Palms resort during a recent Disney trip. We enjoyed our trip and the amenities at Regal Palms. The condo was conveniently located and about a 25 minute drive from the Disney parks and nearby to restaurants and a grocery store. The rental process was very efficient and the property manager / owner was responsive to our inquiries. This could be a good choice for your family on your next vacation!
