Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything is exactly like the pictures ans the description. We had no issues at all. I do recommend bringing extra towels, but if not you have the washer and dryer. The place was clean and again exactly as described. The location was amazing and the kids absolutely loved the swimming pools and hot tubs. Everything is right within walking distance. Thank you 😊

Our stay was okay. There were some cleanliness issues. The bunkbeds the kids were going to sleep on were not cleanly before our stay. There were old discolored pepperonis and what appeared to be moldy food/ candy in the headboards. There were brown spills throughout the condo leading us to believe the floors werent cleaned either. There is clearly some issue with the plumping as well because every time someone would turn on a water source in the room, the stench of what I can only describe as boiled eggs would fill the room. The elevators were a big problem the entire stay. One elevator was down the whole time and there was a 20-25 min wait for an elevator at all times. We took the stairs most of the time but carrying beach items made that difficult . The location was great and security was wonderful. The bathrooms by the pools were very very nice and clean.

Great View

Condo was nice. View from the balcony was beautiful. Location was great. Away from the hustle and bustle at the other end of the beach near peir park but still pretty central to everything.

Great long weekend

The Summit was great. The tiki bar and bikini bobs are a great addition to vacation. The pool and the beach were clean and fun. Great times!

Cute place!

Check in was super easy. Communication with Kenny was great he reaponded very quickly. The unit was perfect for my and my husband. We are laid back people and didn’t need anything fancy! The space was just what we needed!
