Make yourself at home in this beautifully updated 1-bedroom carriage house in the heart of Eden, NY. Just a short distance from everything, including restaurants, Lake Erie beaches, skiing, shopping, downtown Buffalo and about 45 minutes from Niagara Falls. It is located in the country, just 20 miles south of the city. All basic amenities are provided: Plenty of Off-street parking, 55" Smart-TV, WIFI, work-desk, kitchen including a coffee/tea station, stove, refrigerator, and microwave
The space
Welcome to Eden NY! This home can accommodate up to 4 guests for your getaway in western NY Whether it’s for a Bills or Sabre’s game, concert, work/shopping trip, or to visit family and friends.

The master bedroom has one queen bed with all the linens, and the living room has a chaise lounge that converts to a single bed. The bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower.


Bring your login for HULU, Netflix, Amazon, free channels, and more for the TV in the living room. Peacock is installed with free access.

The full kitchen is complete with a traditional coffee maker. Coffee, and condiments are provided. The kitchen is stocked with cooking and dining essentials to prepare a meal or have food delivered from some of the delicious restaurants nearby. Stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.

The living room has a queen size pull out bed with linens and bedding.

The home is a loft style home, so it does have a few stairs to access the bedroom and bathroom. Also, the bedroom has a door, but one of the bedroom walls is a half wall that is open overlooking the first floor.

If you want to go out for a meal, the Pilot Light Pub has everything from salads to steaks, Chicken wings and great local beer on tap! Right down the street, Eden Seafood and pizzeria has delicious hot and cold subs. Grocery shopping for those meals cooked at home is a breeze with Eden Shur Fine being a hop, skip, and jump away.

Less than 10 miles away is the Chestnut Ridge Park with hiking trails, frisbee golf, volleyball, Toboggan hill, tennis courts, a playground, and more.

You will have the entire house to yourself! We use an electronic door lock so you can come and go as you please. Makes check-in and check-out simple.

Disclosure: video doorbells are installed at the front and rear door.
Other things to note
Orange House, the main house on the property, is also used for short term rentals
