Beautiful 50+ year old Frank Lloyd Wright inspired 3 bedroom, 3 full bath ranch home on half acre property. Has all the amenities: fully equipped kitchen with 2 ovens; natural gas insert brick fireplace in redwood beamed LR and dining room; baby grand piano; dining room table that comfortably seats 12; family room with 65” Samsung QLED TV and full wet bar; each BR has queen bed, full closet, dresser and TV; seasonally fully furnished back deck with natural gas grill; solid wood doors; central ac; secure wi-fi; security system and more. WINTER VISITORS
 we have a natural gas generator that runs the entire house for as long as is needed if the power ever goes out!! AND we’re less than 30 minutes from great local ski areas! Great for everything from a family vacation to beautiful WNY to an NFL football weekend. Located in the heart of Hamburg NY, this home is easy walking distance to the center of the Village of Hamburg, minutes from Lake Erie, only 3 miles to Buffalo Bills Highmark Stadium, less than 10 miles from Downtown Buffalo and only 33 mi. from one of the “Seven Wonders of the World” Niagara Falls! This home is centrally located to everything we were doing!! I was amazed at how quiet and peacefully it was while being next to the high school. Would definitely rent again!

The home is immaculate and very well appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and having three full baths was appreciated by our young adult family members. The yard is lovely and we enjoyed sitting on the deck among the gardens. There are stores and eateries nearby, and the charming neighborhood is nice to walk around. We will definitely stay again!

Great experience

This was our first time booking through VRBO and we had an excellent experience. Communication was great, the house was just as described, very clean and well maintained. The owners obviously take pride in their property. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Niagra falls vacation

The property was clean and relaxing. The landscaping helped to create the illusion of total privacy. The kitchen had everything I needed to help my family feel at home. A great experience. The battery in the door alarm might need replaced as it continuously beeped.

Awesome stay in the Village

We ended up staying in the apartment and it was amazing. There were four of us and we had ample space. We were right downtown and had the enjoyment of all the restaurants, bars, and entertainment. We were in walking distance to everything. The place was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. It had all the comforts of home. My favorite perk were the bedside chargers for our phones and iPad, both Android and Apple. The beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a shower head and wand and was updated. The kitchen was stocked with spices, oils, and essentials. I would highly recommend this place.

Lots of extras that meant so much...plenty of towels, great showerheads, supreme sheets, YouTube tv and Sunday ticket was a real plus! Location is safe and easy to get everywhere. Chessboard was a nice extra, as was the piano. We played and sang Christmas carols. Lots of seating and dining room table for our family Christmas dinner. Suitcase stand and lots of dresser space in each bedroom. Plenty of coffee and creamers. Immaculate in every way.

Interesting House - Nightmare to Get Into

The property itself was fine. The house is on the end of a quiet street in a nice neighborhood, and very close to restaurants and things to do in the cute town. The house has a few quirks which would have been nice to know about beforehand - like the fact that there is no division between the master bedroom/bathroom, and the toilet is just sitting in the corner of the room with no privacy (the angle of the photos for that room hides the layout of that). However, getting into the house was a nightmare and took 3 hours! We only got sent instructions on how to enter after I reached out to request them the day we planned to arrive. The front door had a lock with a code that needed to be entered, but the lock was broken and we couldn't get in. The only contact number listed for the property was incorrect. We tried messaging the owners, but they were unresponsive, so we dug through VRBO's customer service to find a number, and after waiting on hold for 45 minutes, finally got to speak to a human. VRBO had the owner's correct contact info and connected us. They were out of the country at that time, but gave us alternate instructions on how to get into the house, as well as the contact info for the property manager who was local. They had no idea what the phone number listed was for and why it was incorrect, and apologized for the broken code entry. Horrible start to what should have been a fun weekend for our family.
