Welcome to the beach. This beautiful space has everything you need including a full kitchen. Enjoy sunsets on the spacious deck overlooking the lake and access to hundreds of Buffalos finest destinations!

I respect diversity and inclusion. All guests are welcome here. My home is a safe place for all folks. I am available by phone or in person to help make your stay comfortable. Pets must be registered at time of booking. Pet fee applies.

It's a beautiful space away from home. Clean, spacious, with beautiful views of the lake. We were even able to go home with clean laundry.The host was lovely! Recommending restaurants, where we could find activities we were interested in, as well as checking to see if we needed anything.

This property is incredibly clean very well maintained and has absolutely everything you need to enjoy your stay. I would highly recommend staying here for any of your needs in the area.

Polly was the best host for our stay in Buffalo! Not only did she welcome us upon arrival , but she made sure to provide everything you need while vacationing from out of town, including a Nespresso machine that we really enjoyed, along with a cozy and clean atmosphere! Beautiful location, close to the Highmark Stadium, not a bad drive to get to Niagara Falls, and overall highly recommended. A bonus was her cute rescue fur babies that stayed with her.Thank you Polly for a wonderful stay!

What an awesome place!! Cozy, comfortable, well stocked with every attention to detail, and soooo very clean! Right across the street from Lake Erie beach with sunset and Buffalo city views. Conveniently close to Highmark Stadium (which was the point of our tripb) and about 40 minutes from Niagara Falls made this the perfect location. Very gracious host made the stay even more pleasant. We'll gladly come back again!!

I came into town to see family and friends and I seriously can not say enough about Polly’s Place!! Her listing is 100% accurate. It was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need and more. It was clean, quiet, relaxing and comfortable. I felt a lot safer staying there than I did at a hotel. It was probably one of the nicest trips home I’ve ever had. Polly was sweet, kind, welcoming and friendly-a person I felt like I had known for years. I will definitely be back many more times. Thanks Polly!!!!

Probably the best and well thought out VRBO that we have ever stayed in, equipment and bathroom needs. Immaculately clean apartment. We found the stairs to the apartment a little challenging with suitcases- but this is likely a post- surgery issue!Loved grilling and watching the sunset on the lake. Very relaxing.Polly is friendly and very responsive, without being in any way intrusive, a great host and thank you

Stay here! Polly is an absolute pro at taking care of her guests. The apartment is thoughtfully outfitted with everything you could need and it’s so well maintained and spotless. She was great about communicating about check-in and check-out. She even graciously let us keep our car parked in the lot after check out so we could take one last stroll down to the lake. If you’re lucky, you’ll get to meet her and her 2 adorable adopted foster dogs:)

Cozy and clean

Had a pleasant 2-night stay here! We loved how clean and organized the house was - even the cupboards and fridge. The bed was very cozy although quite firm. The view of the lake and sunset, and proximity to the park beach is great. Polly is very accommodating and includes delicious teas and coffees with your stay.

Polly is the best

We had an amazing time at Pollys on the lake. Polly was so kind and helped to even shovel our car out. The apartment is awesome and has all sorts of little touches like light that go on when you touch the base. If we come back for another Bills game, we will definetly stay at Pollys.

Polly’s place is amazing. Very clean with great appliances. We brought our dog and they loved it. There are some great places to eat close by. The views of the lake are gorgeous. Will return for sure next time in Buffalo.

Perfect cozy place!

I can't say enough nice things about the apartment! Super clean, so many nice touches (an espresso machine and a Keurig, an AWESOME bluetooth speaker in the bathroom, full length mirror in the bedroom, TV on a swivel mount, little bathroom conveniences in case you forgot something!). Plenty of towels and blankets if needed. It was just me, so it was a perfect spot for a weekend. It would be fine for a couple, or with a small child who could sleep on the couch, but otherwise it might be a little tight if you're staying in a lot. Great view from the porch, and easy access to the beach with a short walk/drive. Lots of stores/shopping/restaurants within 10-15 minutes. The host Polly was very helpful with all of my questions, and lives below which when traveling alone makes me feel a little safer. Thanks so much for the stay!

This was the perfect spot for a few day’s stay. Loved being able to stand on the deck and see Lake Erie. It was nice to only be a short walk to the beach area and close to some good restaurants. It was a real treat to meet the owner/host

Perfect accommodations

Perfect accommodations, if I could give a 10 I would. I lived in this area most of my life. Missed it so much after I moved as well as the quality time I could spend with my son. Previous stays in hotels for two weeks never truly able to relax. Polly’s Place afforded me a beautiful setting with attention to every detail to make me feel like I was staying more in my own home. I was able to entertain my son and my friends. It felt like truly being home again for the first time in three years. I will forever be grateful to Polly and her extraordinary hospitality. I plan on staying for three weeks next year.

Great friendly stay

Everything was perfect other than the outdoor seating does have alot of spiders. Still 5 stars because i understand that it can be somewhat uncontrolable but it did make in uncomfortable to hangout on the deck.

Great 1 bedroom near Lake Erie

My husband & I had a great stay at Polly's 1 bedroom apartment. There is a lovely small deck overlooking the lake complete with outdoor furniture and a grill. Although we did not cook on this stay, the kitchen is very well equipped. The living room was comfortable. The bathroom and stall shower was spacious. The bed was super comfy. Linens and towels were super soft and nice. The entire space was spotlessly clean. We look forward to a return visit!

Home away from home!

The space is fully stocked with all the comforts of home, from a Nespresso machine to the thick fluffy towels! You can Netflix and chill because it's already on the TV. The bed is comfy so pull the blackout curtains and crash. Then when you wake up, sink your toes into the plush carpet! The bathroom is perfect with an awesome shower and full size stackable washer/dryer We loved having coffee on the little porch every morning and planning our day. The neighbors are elderly so it's a peaceful quiet place. The highway is the only thing you hear honestly, along with the bird chatter...it's lovely 😍 There is a sand/rocky beach across the highway so we drove over to skip rocks and watch phenomenal sunsets but you can also walk to it. We preferred the beach just 2-3 minutes away (for swimming) called Woodlawn Beach because it was sandier. The house is Only 10 minutes from Buffalo and about 40 minutes to the Niagara Falls! The host is super duper friendly and most helpful if needed Sweet little place, you can't go wrong!!! it as well

EXCELLENT!!!

Polly is a fantastic host, she goes above and beyond! The location and amenities were perfect for us. We had one adult and two kids (a 10 and 12 year old) and we all enjoyed the place and short walk to the public beach.

Never fails to amaze me the location Cleanliness all special added touches that Polly does to make sure we are comfortable Pillows blankets and now central air!! Polly always exceeds our standards!! We will be back !!
