We throughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was great, the room was stocked with everything we needed, the place was spotless, the grounds outside were beautiful and corresponding with Joe and Christine was a breeze! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to the Cape!

Great beach access and helpful information on nearby restaurants was provided. We did leave behind “Fluffy” our puppy’s favorite stuffed animal. He is probably under the very comfortable bed.

Mini Weekend Vacay!

Joe and Christine were warm and communicative hosts that provided good local recommendations. The space was clean and quiet and perfect for a weekend away!

Lovely unit with all the basics required for a stay, plus a private patio with comfortable seating, and private outdoor shower (a must-have for a true Cape vacation!). We also enjoyed the gas fire pit and seating on the lawn and garden area. We were also happy to have safe places to walk our dog. Parking was easy, the location quiet and convenient.

Great Little Place

Small, but very accomodating motel. Good location, and the owners were really nice. We usually stay at larger, more expensive hotels, but this was just as nice.

Relaxing weekl

This was our second stay at this location and it was wonderful. Great amenities, location and quiet location. Beach access is walk able and there are plenty of shops and restaurants just down the road. We will stay here again

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with this rental. For the majority of our stay, the bedroom was extremely humid and damp—to the point that our bedding, clothes, and belongings actually felt moist. There was also a persistent mildew smell in the room, and we eventually noticed numerous black spots across the fabric blinds that were concerning for possible mold or mildew.We reported the humidity issue to the hosts during our stay. One of the hosts later acknowledged that there was an issue with the newly installed AC unit causing excess humidity in the room. We were eventually offered another unit, but unfortunately that wasn’t until our final night, after we had already spent most of the stay dealing with the conditions.Communication was also frustrating. After initially communicating through VRBO, we began receiving messages from several different phone numbers, which made it unclear who we were communicating with. The host initially seemed willing to work with us toward a mutually agreeable resolution and told us we would discuss it after checkout. However, when we followed up multiple times afterward to try to reach that resolution, our messages ultimately went unanswered.For the price we paid, we expected a much more comfortable and properly maintained space. I hope the humidity issue has since been fully addressed and the room and blinds have been appropriately inspected. Had we known about these conditions beforehand, we would not have booked.

Beautiful Get-Away

My boyfriend and I celebrated our 9 year anniversary here and it was perfect! Very clean and spacious for two people. Close to restaurants/shops/ice cream/beach. We would definitely go back!

Happy with our stay

This is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. We only got to stay a few days but would definitely come back someday. The room was spotless and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs and the shower was amazing. The area has many things to do and Joe was a big help by recommending some good places to check out. We highly recommend!

Fall Get Away

This is an excellent place to stay for a couple. Great location, beautifully appointed accommodation. Hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond by allowing us to switch our original date in Sept when my wife got ill the day before our trip. You don’t typically see that type of understanding today and we greatly appreciated it. Would definitely stay here again next time we are visiting the Cape.

Wedding Trip

Wow! This place was truly awesome! Hosts are so accommodating and are truly available at any hour. They are VERY responsive and so nice! Would stay anytime I’m back in the Cape! Would be a GREAT location to recommend for wedding guests.

Get away to the Cape Cod

Unit was in excellent condition appears to have been recently updated. Had a walk in shower with seat, my wife has mobility issues this worked out well for us.
