This cozy beach cottage is a perfect getaway for those seeking a classic Cape Cod vacation.

The homes positioning on the street provides beautiful natural lighting from the crack of dawn until the sun sets.

The house was purchased in October and since then everything has been renovated. The renovations include a beautiful outdoor patio perfect for grilling and entertaining guests, an outdoor shower, bathroom, kitchen, living room, both bedrooms, and the sun-room which is the perfect place to wind down with a cocktail after a day on the beach.

The proximity could not be more ideal - 5 minute walk to the beach, Sundae School, the Ocean House, the Pelham House, the Wee Packet, Bandera's Market, Wooden Shoe, Woolfies Bakery, and many other local establishments.

The house sleep 4 comfortably with an additional pull-out mattress in the living room if needed for a 5th guest. The house has a master bedroom with a queen bed and a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds - perfect for the kids.

This was the cutest cottage in a perfect location. Our family of 4 had a great stay. Property was accurately described & met all of our needs. Loved the beach chairs & boogie boards provided. Our favorite beach (Mayflower) was only a 20 minute drive away. I’d recommend Frank’s place to anyone!

Great Little Family Getaway

This was a perfect place for our family of 4 to stay over a long weekend. The bonus sunroom was our favorite room to relax in. We couldn’t get the washing machine to start and found the beds a tad squeaky but would definitely stay here again. Great location and cozy.

We had such a great stay at Frank’s Cozy Cottage! The cottage was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. Clean, Cozy, and Cute Cottage

Our stay was fantastic - just what we needed. The neighborhood is quaint with friendly neighbors and a nearby beach. The cottage was stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. Frank was extremely helpful, providing recommendations for places to go, and he was very responsive to our questions. We highly recommend this place for anyone’s stay in Cale Cod!

Excellent property and very friendly host

I stayed at Frank's place with my wife and two other friends. The house is great for four adults, well stocked with everything one would need. Frank was a gracious host, very responsive to any questions I had. He even lent us beach chairs for the weekend.

July 4th long weekend

We had a great stay! Cottage was clean, air conditioned, and adorable. The kitchen was well stocked with basics and anything you would need for cooking. Frank was great- very communicative and helpful. We’ve been coming to this area for years and love all the local restaurants. The cottage is walkable to many of our favorites, and the street is lovely- many friendly neighbors and lots of families. My kids loved the big backyard and outdoor shower. We’ll be back!

The Perfect Cottage!

My husband and I brought our daughters (7&3) for a four day stay at Frank’s Cottage. The house was just perfect. Everything was comfortable and spotless. Frank was very responsive with any questions or information. It’s filled with everything you can ask for in a vacation home. We enjoyed playing checkers in the sunroom, eating meals on the patio, and playing in the beautifully landscaped yard. The outdoor shower was perfect for after the beach. The neighborhood highlight for my girls was finding all the adorable bunnies and admiring everyone’s beautiful gardens. The sunsets were also so pretty! We walked to beaches and ice cream everyday. The location was excellent and just a short drive for all our favorite spots!
