Covered area in the back with a charcoal grill for a fun cookout. Close to tons of restaurants and shops. Great location right off 295 so you can get to anywhere in Jacksonville quick.

“This was a great home with just about everything we needed and I’m sure if we needed anything, they would’ve brought it to us. Our family enjoyed the huge table to eat and play a couple of family games at. It was nice having two master bedrooms (one with full bath, one with a half bath) so that we had plenty of sleeping room. This is a very convenient location too, close to the highway and the mall.”

Always home away from home

I've stayed at this property back in 2022 and again recently, and it is always home away from home. The hosts are very intentional about providing beautiful, functional, clean, PEACEFUL, living spaces, and I will probably only rent from them. My family and I have actually stayed at 3 of the host's different properties, and the experience is consistent. They are wonderful people, and the properties won't disappoint.

Nice quiet neighborhood

The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house is close to shopping and eating. The bed in the built on master suite was very comfortable. There were tv's in the master bedroom, the bedroom with the half bath and the living room. There were no tv,s in the bunk bed rooms. The only down side is there was no pool on the property. I would stay here again.

Great Place to Stay and All Around Incredible Experience!!!

Great property. Rooms were spacious, the location was close to malls, and several places to eat. We had an event on NAS Base so I was there everyday and the communte was good, about 20 minutes. The fenced yard was great for our puppy. There are dogs in the adjoining yard so just be aware. They were sweethearts though. My parents loved the Master with their own bathroom and I really appreciated having the queen bedroom with private 1/2 bath (toilet). The owners were super responsive and really nice to work with.

Great stay!

We loved our stay here. The hosts were very kind and quick to reply. The home was cozy, clean, and equipped with anything you need. The beds were very comfortable as well. We would definitely block to stay here again in the future!

Very Nice!

This charming home was spotless and comfortable. The location was perfect. Close by restaurants and shops -- easy access to 295 and I 95. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The host of this property was very gracious and always returned your calls promptly. I would stay again.

Our Quinces Weekend

I want to say that the best part of this weekend for me was waking up every morning with a cup of coffee, sitting on the patio area in the back. This house provided us a great place to relax and enjoy being a family. Thank you guys for allowing us to stay there and i hope to return to make more memories with my family.
