Updated home in a relaxed neighborhood, this 3-bedroom house can sleep up to 8 people and is family and pet friendly. A large fenced yard includes a patio, fire pit, and games. The game room includes a pool table, darts, and board games.

Was a good place. The kitchen was fully stocked and loved tge grill. The game room came in handy! More then enough linens for bath and bed. My only bit of advice is we stayed 6 nights 7 days and only had 2 rolls of toilet paper. Had to grab one from my sons house to make it through the stay. Decent neighborhood included fireworks on our first night for new year. Great stay.

The home was except at its photos. My boys loved the play room and spent all their time in there. When we were not go go go, we were all in the play room play pool or darts while listening to music. This was a definite “stay here” home. The owner was prompt with responses and very helpful. The neighbor was a bit sketch as it is not what we are used to, but it was safe and we had zero problems. I would stay here again and I definitely recommend it.

The property was great! The big, fenced-in yard was perfect for our dogs and Josh had some extra poop bags we could use as backup. The game room was fun with the pool table and darts. The bed that we used was VERY comfortable! We don't know about the others since it was just the two of us but I'm guessing the other two would be good too. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry room were all satisfactory for our needs.

Great house!

Everything is just like the pictures, clean, cute and close to stores and places to eat. Host was friendly, and replied quickly when I had questions. Would like to stay here again.

Cozy house in quiet neighborhood

House was a great value, situated in a established quiet community. We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed for meals and bbq. Nice newer deck and also large yard with firepit. We enjoyed the pool table and game room much more than we anticipated. Very relaxing. Josh was very easy to communicate with.

Nice place near Navy station

Joshua’s place was the perfect location for our quick trip to the air show. Literally 3 turns and we were on base in just a few mins. Lots of board games and pool table to keep us entertained. Comfortable beds.

The house is very beautiful.. But there is a severe roach problem. While trying to warm up dinner on the stove. Roaches started coming out (out of the stove)from everywhere. Then we began to notice roaches coming from ceiling and crawling down the walls. I tried to continue to cook while killing roaches. I contacted the owner he told me that he sprayed, but you still have crawling things in Florida. Not true I don’t have roaches crawling all over my kitchen, and most definitely not to the point that you stop cooking and pack up your food because the roaches continue to come out from. We attempted to enjoy some cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday and the roaches took over it was a total disaster. The towels and linen supplies seemed to be the original towel set that was purchased with the home in 1990. I believe the property owner actually is aware of this and just playing it off. There was some home defense bug spray from Home Depot in the closet, but this home needs a professional exterminator. The dart board had was nice, but the darts broken and taped up to connect the tips. The pool table was in a great location. The cloth on the table with torn/ripped. A number to the pool stick had the tip broken off of them. Even the jump cue tip was broken off. Completely disappointed I want a refund do not stay at this property until documented extermination is posted and updated changes are made.

Josh was VERY responsive to any questions we had. The house was clean and comfortable! My pre-teens loved the pool table and the neighborhood park.
