"Tequila Little Time" is the perfect spot for a much needed vacation! This brand new 3 bedroom cottage is located in Ocean Edge, the newest development in Orange Beach, Alabama. The home is professionally decorated in beachy-chic & is just perfect for those needing to wind down from the everyday grind. The beach is just a short walk away, accessed through the neighborhood boardwalk at the end of the cul de sac. Get your toes in the sugar sand and cool water for some much needed beach therapy!

Entertaining is a breeze with the home's open floor plan, blending the living area and kitchen into a gathering place for all with amenities such as the Smart TV, ample seating, stainless steel appliances, and WiFi throughout the home. Accommodations for sleep are just as luxurious with comfy beds, Smart TV's and clean linens guaranteed fresh for each guests' arrival in each of the three bedrooms. The Master and Guest Bedroom 2 have access to a balcony, so you can get your fix of seabreeze as you wind down for the night and as soon as you wake up in the morning! Don't forget the kids or the kids at heart with the built in bonus bunk area that includes built in steps, making it easy to get to either bunk no matter how old or tired you may be.

No cleaning supplies, no trash bags, no extra towels, very dusty, Utensils were all molded over, the phone provided did not work. Broom was provided but there should’ve been a vacuum for all the sand. Outside Shower all the way in the back of the house.

Great winter week!

We had a great stay for a little family getaway for Christmas week! Three bedrooms would have been plenty but the bunk beds in the “loft” area were perfect for kids who wake up early! Short walk to the beach, laundry, and stocked kitchen were a huge plus for us!

Overall great experience. Only recommendation would be appliances need cleaning and serviced for better performance but still worked. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The host has thought of everything and the bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were well equipped with necessities. Also, just steps from the beach! We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful, spacious beach house

Beautiful, spacious beach house with a great layout and lovely decorating. On a quiet street, just a short walk to the beach. Very clean and comfortable and we could bring our dog. Easy to feel at home. Nice porch and also a deck off the master bedroom with chairs for reading. Close to everything in Orange Beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house right on the beach.

Stayed with my wife and 4 kids ranging from 7 to 17. Everybody had an amazing time. Walking from front porch to the beach sand takes 2 minutes. Awesome trip!

The property was simply beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. All amenities provide a home away from home. Just a few steps from the beach makes this home the perfect vacation destination. I will definitely book again!

Sand in my Boots

We stayed for a week. We picked this week which included the 3 day concert by the Hangout. It was close proximity to the shuttle service. We usually stay in Gulf Shores, but chose to stay in Orange Beach due to the concert. Loved this location, and the house was perfect for us. If I had any complaint it would be the address for the house was not right on the App as well as the house code. We called the office and they were able to help us quickly. We plan on staying here again.

We loved it!

We loved everything about this property! It was clean, comfortable and a fantastic location! We were close to local shops and restaurants - some easy enough to walk to and others just a short drive away. The best part was access to the beach. Literally only a few steps away, we were able to walk up and down throughout the day for whatever we needed. It made going to the beach with our family so easy!

Lovely

Our first time to an Alabama beach. Just lovely, the house, and the beach the area. Very convenient to stores, restaurants, beach. It was off season, weekend before Thanksgiving, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. No traffic, not too many people. Will definitely come back in the off season, we were told that peak season is ridiculous traffic wise and crowded beaches.

The house was amazing!! It was spotless, well-stocked, and beautiful! There was tons of storage! We loved that every bedroom was en suite, and the powder room was very convenient. It was only a two minute walk to the beach. The full-sized washer and dryer was great to have. We have already booked again for next year!

Wonderful house and property! Perfect location!!!

We had a beautiful trip/stay at Tequila Little Time! The house is gorgeous with most of everything that we needed. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and seating and stocked kitchen. I will suggest maybe some remote shades in the upstairs stairwell with the bunk beds. Too much light coming in in the mornings for those sleepers, but still great bunk beds. Thanks!

Great Stay

Tequila Little Time was exceptional. Very spacious for a 3 bedroom and our group of 6 had plenty of room. The beds, couches, chairs, etc were very comfy and functional. The unit has top notch appliances, kitchen fixtures and bathrooms. The access to the beach was a breeze. Allowed our group to take walks in the morning and evening. The porch and balcony were great for relaxing in the evening. I’m already in the process of securing the home for our next beach vacation! I can’t recommend enough!

Great property! Love the Upstairs Master Bedroom. Communication with property management company was good. Love the house. My only suggestion is that the property should have an iron for guest use. There’s an ironing board but no iron. Perhaps add that to the itm

Absolutely LOVED the stay here. From the incredible location to the beach (better door-to-beach travel time than any “on the beach” condo we’ve stayed at) to the wonderfully modern-yet-cozy decor inside. The beds were amazing. The showers were spacious. Great water pressure (I know. I’m a snob). We’re already looking at our calendar for next year to rebook this property. If you are on the fence about choosing Tequila Little Time - DO IT! I promise you won’t regret staying here. 12/10 will stay here again and again!

Terrible promo

The first words describing this place are “Gulf Views” which led us to believe there would be
 Gulf Views. There were not. You could see a sliver of Gulf between the two taller buildings in front of you, between you and the Gulf, but this definitely does not deserve Top Billing in the listing. I could agree to a “partial Gulf View” if it came after the other amenities, which were good, but this felt shady. For example, the walk to the beach was quite lovely. Lead with that! Unfortunately, the massive houses across from us, blocking our Gulf View, also had huge groups, with lots of people and vehicles. They were very loud and clogged up the road/parking. That was frustrating, but not this property’s fault.

Good neighborhood but


The home itself is newer. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and in a good location close to many things. However
 take note and be warned. There is active construction two houses down - a crane in place and active drilling. The whole house shakes and it’s a nuisance all day long. We let the property management company know and they were quick to say they had no control. I understand but I do want to warn people and recommend you booking elsewhere. Further, the furniture is worn in some rooms. Particularly, the sofa and chair are stained and smell bad. The construction in particular was omitted from the posting and we felt misled. Finally, the pool is very, very small. It’s like an oversized bathtub and a small family couldn’t even enjoy it. I can’t imagine what it’s like when the entire neighborhood is booked out. In summary, would recommend looking and booking elsewhere.

Beautiful Home in Convenient Location

Enjoyed this home so much we asked to stay an extra night. we were very comfortable here and the property seemed maybe only a year old with the latest appliances and decor. downstairs bed had memory foam mattress, which i thought was great but husband didn’t care for. kitchen had enough cookware, but only barely. i don’t know how a meal could be prepared for an entire family. there was, however, tons of flatware, dinnerware, and glassware. it was very very clean. furniture was also comfy. water pressure was extremely low. we both felt like it took twice as long in the showers as it should have and both also felt we could not get rinsed off. appreciated the thermostat wasn’t locked like i’ve seen in a lot of rentals. we were able to stay comfortable thanks to that because temps were in the 20s. the dishwasher failed and i called in a maintenance request, which was resolved within a few hours. garbage service was twice weekly and the garbage people came to get the container and brought it back to the house. all in all we loved this home and would definitely recommend it and stay here again.
